Gerne wieder.

Das Einzelzimmer war klein, aber fein. Alles sauber und alles, was man braucht für eine Übernachtung, incl. Teeauswahl und Kühlschrank. Check In auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten problemlos möglich. Ruhig, keine störenden Geräusche, gute Pizzeria um die Ecke, schöner Innenhof.

Ich musste für eine Prüfung lernen. Der Schreibtisch war relativ leicht gebaut und hat gewackelt. Nachttisch aus Plastik passte nicht so richtig zum Gesamtbild der sehr praktisch und puristisch gehaltenen Inneneinrichtung. Besser wäre außerdem ein abnehmbarer Wasserkocher, so dass man nicht immer den Stecker ziehen muss, wenn man Wasser einfüllt.

Nur das Nötigste

Trotz aller Abstriche kann ich feststellen, dass die historische Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar ist. Da wir mit der Bahn anreisten, brauchten wir auch keinen Parkplatz in den Wohnstraßen suchen und konnten die Unterkunft in ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat mich enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war nur karg ausgestattet. Im Bad waren z.B. kein Schminkspiegel und keine Spiegelbeleuchtung vorhanden. Vor allem fiel auf, dass das Zimmer (möglicherweise später) unter einer Treppe ins 1.OG eingebaut wurde. Die Trittschalldämmung war entweder nicht vorhanden oder zu knapp bemessen. Wir hörten jeden Schritt sowohl auf der Treppe als auch im Zimmer über uns sehr deutlich. Zum Glück waren im Janaur anscheinend nur ganz wenige Gäste im Haus.

Schöne saubere Unterkunft

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich! Es gab einen Kühlschrank und eine Kaffeemaschine! Alles vorhanden für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

zentrale Lage

schlechte Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe, falsche Angaben zum Safe, man hört jedes Geräusch und jeden Schritt in den Nachbarzimmern, Kissen nicht zu gebrauchen , Zimmer 8 sehr klein

Als Notlösung geeignet, darüber hinaus nicht

Die Lage ist recht gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt von Greifswald zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten.

Das Zimmer war brutal warm und das außerhalb des Hochsommers. Es wird wohl noch einige Jahrzehnte dauern, bis man auch in Deutschland die Raumklimatisierung entdeckt. Sehr negativ ist, dass in so einer von Mücken geplagten Gegend keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind. So wird man schön zerstochen. Wo der zur Pension gehörende Parkplatz ist, das habe ich zufällig von der Reinigungskraft erfahren. Glück gehabt, denn die erste Nacht stand ich auf einem Anwohnerparkplatz, das hätte teuer werden können. Das Bad ist sehr klein und ich habe es nicht geschafft so zu duschen, dass kein Wasser in den Raum fließt.

Enttäuschend

Die Lage , nahe Innenstadt

Preis und Leisung standen für mich in keinem Verhältnis. Ich bin viel unterwegs und daher in vielen Unterkünfen gewesen. Ich habe noch nie so ein geschmacklos,lieblos ,eingerichtetes Zimmer gesehen. Der Kühlschrank war so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte, wenn er sich eischaltete. Über mir ging die Treppe in das obere Stockerk, jedesmal wenn jemand kam oder ging war es sehr laut. Als sich dann auch noch die Höhe des Duschkopfes nicht einstellen ließ, weil die entsprechende Halterung defekt war, hatte ich entgültig die Nase voll. Diese Unterkunft werde ich nie wieder besuchen. Parken konnte man auf der Straße davor auch nicht, da er für Anwohner reserviert ist. Allerdings ist beim Thater ein kostenpflichter Parkplatz den man zu Fuß erreichen kann.

The host was nonexistent and the restaurant was closed. The private parking was down the street and we were not informed until 22:00 hrs that night. I was not happy to leave my very expensive trike on a main bus route and road.

A really good value option

A good value, in a quiet (but depending on some locals) residential area, convenient self check-in, a room with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a teapot and tea/coffee provided.

Very bright and spacious rooms; some tea and coffee as well as towels are provided; our room was cleaned very carefully (including the kettle, I mention this because of the hard water in Greifswald). The check-in is possible via key safe at your individual arrival time. One evening we enjoyed the recommendable food at the nearby restaurant. The host asked every noon if we needed anything, so we felt well looked after.

The room heats up quite quickly; also, the fridge hums loudly. But these are just minor points of criticism.

Good location, self sign-in, free coffee & coffee machine in the room. Friendly staff, effective heating, easy to ventilate as well. Good parking lot.

Not very suitable for working: no chair to sit in, only a stool and a footrest.

Ok deal, the friendly staff and coffee in the room made my experience a good one.

The room was clean and equipped with essentials like towels, shampoo, coffee maker and coffee/cream. The staff was very friendly and helpful (corrected the mistake on my bill), despite being very busy. The location is great, as it is a short walk away from the train station and from the city center / university, on a quiet residential street.

I could not connect to the wifi in my room (but was ready for that, having read the reviews). The bed was very uncomfortable, the two mattresses on top of each other made it very awkward and unstable, way too soft. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear the other guests walking and talking in the corridor.

Very good

Nice owners at the restaurant next door, who have a key system to let you in outside restaurant hours. Everything's there, and the location is very, very quiet.

Although the other customers were very quiet, the walls are not very thick and you do hear it when people walk in the corridors - or perhaps that was my room (6) in particular, being in the middle under the roof.

Practical and comfortable one night stop

Very friendly personnel. Good parking. Delicious food in associated restaurant. Comfortable bed. Easy to find. Good WiFi. Perfect for a one night rest stop.

Clear signs of usage such as cracked sink. Thin walls but street was quite during night time.

I liked the location and it's cleanliness. Staff I didn't really meet.

The restaurant next door was unfortunately closed on Monday, which was the day of the arrival. And breakfast would have been perfect But apart from that, everything was good.

Very good

Spacious room with a little entrance way and a big bathroom with window. Bed was fairly comfortable, a little hard for me but that is different for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room faces a fairly noisy road but it’s ok once the windows are closed.
