Would stay again.

Good room, comfortable big bed. Big bathroom with good shower. Clean. In centre of town. Lovely friendly staff. Good breakfast, plenty choice on menu. We were able to check in a bit earlier on our request.

A Delightful Place to Stay!

The breakfasts were excellent and reasonably priced. The bar was friendly and comfortable. The housekeeping were attentive and helpful (they supplied us with an iron and ironing board).

No complaints as such. The room was comfortable but the view was a little limited. The bed was extremely comfy!

Very pleasant weekend

New furniture and carpets were lovely, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Restaurant cheerful & staff friendly. Food good, especially breakfast.

Bathroom badly needs hooks and a shelf for customer wash kit /toiletries. Desk needs mirror + decent lighting for hair & makeup. Not enough coat hangers.

Cozy Stay

Room was small and up several stairs but appeared very clean and quiet despite being in busy downtown area. Shower was great and restaurant food was lovely. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Also a beautiful bar area.

The bathroom sink was missing the drain plug and we couldn’t open it. Had to use shower water to keep from filling up the sink which we couldn’t drain. Parking was a walk down a side street inside a large gated area that was very difficult to find at first. There was no other parking anywhere near the inn. This made it difficult hauling luggage and a bit worrisome with our car being so far away.

Really great room, bed was very comfortable, and was extremely quiet! Loved the ability to grab a quick lunch when we got there as well from the deli/carvery. Would definitely book here again on the next trip.

Terrific stay in downtown Clonmel.

The rooms were freshly renovated, clean, comfortable and quiet in a great downtown location.

The only issue was two flights of stairs to carry up several suitcases.

good location clean look like it just been refurbished staff were very good food was lovely free parking was handy no problems booking in quick and easy

stay two night’s didn’t change the towels or freshen the room up just the tea and coffee

Over all a great stay

Great location, 3 single beds in a great sized room, there was even ear plugs provided, didn't need them. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Clonmel but this hotel is expensive for the facilities they provide.

The location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and cheerful. The bar and dining areas are reasonably attractive. The shower in the bathroom is good.

The fact that you have to fully exit the building from the accommodation area to enter the reception and bar. The lack of proper hanging facilities for clothes in the bathroom. Hot water takes an age to get to the wash hand basin. No heater in the bathroom. General circulation in the bedroom corridors and stairs is poor. The carpet finish on the stairs is visually confusing and doesn't highlight the top and bottom treads.

Exceptional

Friendliness of the staff towards us and looked after us during our Stay there for a recent wedding in Clonmel. Very tasty carvery lunch then afterwards the next morning after checkout.

Very spacious room, comfy bed. generous size shower. staff were very friendly and accommodating. great location.

very minor things, the guide book in the room was sticky and dirty. The toilet brush was broken. Apart from that we would happily stay here again.
