About this house rental
Beautiful open-concept log home with loft, kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and bath, mudroom, screen porch, covered front porch, and deck with 8 person hot tub - all on main level. Lower level (walk-out), family room, 4 bedrooms, full bath, laundry room. camp fire pit and lots of privacy.
Chocorua Ski and Beach is a wonderful vacation and year-round private community that offers a large beach with swimming dock and floats and a gorgeous view of Mt. Chocorua. Kids love to dig in the sand and build countless sand castles. Kayak, canoe, paddle boat on the quiet lake.
The playground and basketball court are located near the beach, and the tennis court is available at no charge. Trails to 40 acres along the south side of the neighborhood provides biking, walking, atv riding and endless blueberry picking. In the winter, there is direct access to the snowmobiling trails, ice skating on the pond, and 4 ski mountains 20-40 minutes away. Centrally located between Wolfeboro, Meredith and No. Conway. One hour to Portsmouth, Portland and Bretton Woods. Exterior security cameras on site.

This is our 5th or 6th stay here and perfect after a track day

A great family vacation house with convenient playground and private beach a 5 minute walk away . Tennis courts were in rough shape but useable. Sleeping upstairs is noisy due to open ceiling design- I preferred the darker downstairs bedroom but the mold and or dampness of the area was very musty - we brought our own Air Doctor air cleaner which helped tremendously- the water smells like sulphur so bring your own water to drink - we will re wash the bed linens next time as the detergent they use is so full of fragrance it bothered some of my sensitive children- we liked the size of the living room and screened in back porch ! The piano was a big hit ! Next year we plan on returning and bringing UV air cleaners as well as our Air Doctors- we will bring air mattresses to sleep on the porch and living room as nobody wanted to sleep downstairs due to musty smell and spiders ! The railings on deck had a couple broken boards with exposed nails which was a concern with our toddler's but they did come by and let me point them out before we departed - hopefully they will repair immediately as it’s a very long drop if an accident occurs!! The hot tub was a good size and clean- house was clean only a few spider webs . The spider webs on porch should definitely be removed. Please replace the broken mesh on the spiral staircase. The vibe was relaxed and peaceful! The hosts were very accommodating- I rate it 5 stars overall.

We had a great time! The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Very well equipped. Sally was quick to reply with any questions. Short walk to the beach where we swam, kayaked and fished. Enjoyed our nights grilling and using the hot tub!

Great property to stay at with plenty of room for family with 3 teenage boys! They enjoyed the beach and kayaking as well as the hot tub. Everything you need is there and the owners are extremely responsive! Thank you!

This house is spacious yet cozy, there is a spot for everyone. House was fully stocked with all kitchen items, towels and bedding. There was AC in the windows!
We played games, enjoy the hot tub. Kids road bikes to the playground. The beach pass for the car was helpful! This is our second stay in the Moores Pond Ski & Beach neighborhood and we will be back again!

The family all had a great time at the cabin, plenty of room for all of us, beautiful location and beach. Sally responded to our request immediately when I called. Love the hot tub and coffee every morning before the busy day started. Hope to make many more memories in the years to come.

We had a lovely weekend with time spent playing tennis and hanging on the dock after wedding festivities on Saturday. The home is spacious and very well stocked! Thanks for a fabulous weekend stay!!

The property was rustic with a great layout for gathering with family and friends! Plenty of space! Only possible suggestion would to add a Kureig coffee maker. Would rent this again next year!

The log cabin was beautiful and spacious ! We had a wonderful trip with kids . They enjoyed skiing locally at King Pine and Cranmore. The cabin had everything we needed. We are hoping to book again for next February !

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our little getaway for Christmas! Thank you Sally and Victor for sharing your beautiful cabin and providing EVERYTHING one could need in a home away from home. From the Christmas tree to the hot tub to every kitchen appliance/utensil, this place leaves nothing forgotten. Extremely clean and well cared for property! Check in and out with ease.

8 adults stayed for the weekend for a family wedding. The Wicked Awesome Log Cabin was perfect! Spacious, clean, well equipped. I wish we could have spent more time there. The home was gorgeous the area picturesque. The owners were more than accommodating. The music collection was great! The home was very welcoming and we will recommend to anyone staying in the area!

House sleeps 9.. we had 6 adults and 3 children, each adult took a separate car because our stay was for a week, we had kayaks kids and dogs to bring. The property owner did not like how many cars were there, we had a friend stop by for the day.. also a problem. Property owner which was not Sally it was a man named Victor walked into the home yelling and screaming while my kids were playing board games at the table, and let my dog out! We explained we had people by for the day and he seemed to be fine with that. Sally then came by the house video taping us everytime we walked outside, it was boarder harassment while we were on our vacation.

House was beautiful but the fire alarms went off at all hours of the day when no one was cooking?
We have stayed in this neighborhood before and loved it, we will be back just not to this house. Property owner told us all eyes and ears were on us because of the HOA, it was creepy and uncomfortable. I have met many people over the last 5 years of coming here have never felt like this!

My sisters and I stayed here in 2018 so we revisited it again in 2023. The main attractions were the 5 bedrooms and converted loft to a sixth bedroom, hot tub and walking distance to the beach. Nearby Conway and shopping were added feature to the area. Very enjoyable stay

Rustic, roomy, comfortable for 9 people. Well-equipped kitchen and clean 5-burner grill on porch. Excellent hot tub. Convenient to lake and Conway Scenic Railway and malls in North Conway. Plenty of entertainment for kids. (Not super clean outside - trash on ground behind garage. Inside - lots of cobwebs in high places.) Even saw a bear right near by on Route 16!

This is our 3rd year returning to the summer home. What a glorious surprise to see air conditioning installed. It made the house so comfortable. We used the canoe, enjoyed the beach every day, and early morning coffee in the hot tub. As in the past, it was a perfect house for our family and perfect location.

It was ok. Some of the rooms smelled like dog urine and all the doors were either hard to open, close or didn't line up properly so they had to be shut hard. There was no stove exhaust vent so cooking breakfast made the smoke alarms go off and there was no way to silence them.

Everything was fantastic! The property was clean and roomy. Sally was a great host and everything we could possibly need was there. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, fire pit and beach. Loved the location and neighborhood.
