Несоответствие заявленному на фото.

Мне понравилось расположение внутри отеля, территория, есть где погулять, на этом все...

1.Жуткие номера(плесень), было неприятно находиться, везде грязь, стаканы оставили нам грязные, в номере не было элементарных косметических средств,только мыло в душе.. Меня состояние номера повергло в шок. Я не говорю даже про то, что номер явно требовал ремонта на фото видно , элементарно плесень на коврике , везде по углам... В номере был бассейн, тоже с жутим жёлтым налетом... В нашем бассейне не работало освещение, попросили сделать, сказали разберёмся , так никто за 2 дня не пришёл . Ещё какие- то железки торчат в нашем номере на территории бассейна, жуть полная, видимо для того чтобы ребёнок травмировался, и это в семейном отеле(!) У ребёнка лампа освещения в двухярусной кроватке была сломана Муж предлагал уже на первые сутки уехать, я настояла остаться, но пожалела потом, от плесени мы после поездки чувствуем себя плохо.. 2.Мало дестких развлечений. Сломанный детский бассейн ради которого ехал мой ребёнок , он выбирал по фото отель именно с классным бассейном, так вот весь отдых отвлекали его от того что ни крокодил, ни дельфин не работают... ( о чем не предупредили при бронировании, на сайте тоже не было это информации) самое забавное, что когда спрашиваешь на ресепшен, говорят завтра будет работать, наступает завтра и также все стоит. Бассейн просто перетянут красной лентой и за 2 дня к нему никто из рабочих не подходил. Если не работает бассейн для развлечений,сделайте больше других вариантов для детей, так вот на пляже у них в собранном виде стояла резиновая аква горка, так она тоже не работала, а это в самый сезон(23-24 июня!) Грязная пыльная валялась на пляже... 3.Очень долгая регистрация, 40 минут на ресепшене я доказывала что не дурак😅 и действительно бронирование есть, я сразу же им показала пин код букинга, но дальше началось невероятное , меня возмутило что в таком месте персонал куда-то убегал и что-то уточнял по моему бронированию, в итоге сменился третий сотрудник который начал регистрацию... 4.

I love almost everything..😍 The all-inclusive was really a stress free experience 👌you’ve got snacks,unlimited drinks (although not applicable to all but still not bad at all) wide variety of foods.It was amazing…

Some of the employees have an attitude. Encountered 3 times,it would be good if they will be more friendly esp. they are in the hospitality industry. The check-in flow was a little bit hassle because they won’t allow your car to enter the property even just for drop-off and you will be pick-up with their resort electric car so you need to put all your stuffs and take them off outside the lobby and wait after check in put back again to the electric Cars again.It could be better if they just let your car in to drop-off your luggage’s and etc. and station a security to monitor the flow that the car will leave after.

Except food, maybe it still early season, everything else perfect.

Staff is amazing, clean, great pools/beach, even got a free upgrade to premiume suite, and best premium burger ever at mexican guy.

The food was cold always, no fresh fruits, not a lot of cakes like shown in pictures, other bars sometimes didnt even had basic drinks, staff said inside pool is closed, but saw people inside there swiming.

Das Resort wäre super, wenn das Managing geschult wäre.

Die Anlage war sehr grosszügig und schön gepflegt, direkt am Strand.

Die Zimmer wurden nicht sauber und teilweise gar nicht geputzt. Im Speisesaal waren die Tischsets schmutzig und das Geschirr teilweise nicht ganz sauber. Das Personal desinteressiert und nicht geschult mit einer Ausnahme, die nette und sehr freundliche junge Frau an der Badetuch Ausgabe.

Breakfast was nice and rich.

To have food in the good restaurant you have to make a reservation 1 day and half in advance which is very difficult if you are staying only one night. I booked the VIP price but I wasn’t able to use the food I paid for due to that rule. I missed the personal touch for such an expensive place.

Decent and nice stay but not as luxurious as we expected

Good location for kids , spacious resort an beach , security gate Amazing pool space Convenient and comfortable transfer from airport Nice polite and helpful staff Decent food. Rooms quiet at night as entertainment is quite a distance away

Bad wi-fi signal in the rooms No hair drier or iron in the room Cleaners only made the bed and removed rubbish after their visit room was still sandy and dusty A lot of activities/facilities advertised are only opened in the middle of high season Bar closed 11pm, staff refused to serve drinks from 10:45 despite reception telling us it will be opened till 2 am Resort is overadvertised and Lower standard than expected, quite far from anything interesting to see Terrible coffee (instant nescafe) Myself and my toddler were woken up at 11:30 pm by room service who after knocking (we didnt hear) walked into our room offering complimentary wine !
