Приветливые сотрудники, комфортные условия проживания, номер оснащен всем необходимым для жизни: холодильник, стиральная машина,фен, на этаже есть гладильная доска и пылесос. Косметика и тапочки хорошего качества. Постель чистая и свежая В номере есть два балкона, светло и уютно. В холодное время года можно согреться электрообогревателем и кондиционером.

Сначала немного испугались ресположению-на улице сплошные автосервисы, вход без названия, территориально кажется,что это глухая окраина, но совсем скоро мы поняли,что с остановки у входа можно уехать в любую точку Еревана, в шаговой доступности магазины, пекарни, столовые, а перейдя через дорогу можно отправиться в пешую прогулку.

Honestly, everything was amazing. Kostandian is incredibly kind. Friendly and helpful. He made me feel right at home. Helped me locate the busses to the center(which is just a few steps away from the front door). I came to Yerevan when the weather wasn't the best, so I asked where I could buy an umbrella, and he was so kind as to let me borrow one. The apartment was nice, cozy, and clean, and I enjoyed having my balconies. Cookingware and everything is provided. Amazing stay, amazing staff. I highly reccomend staying here. It may not he directly in the centre, but everything you need is very close by, and as I said the public transportation is pretty much right at the door. This was my first time in Armenia and definitely not my last. But I know this is exactly where I will be staying when I come back!!! 10 out of 10 I highly reccomend!!

The appartement was one big disappointment for us. Mattresses were worn (you could feel the iron), almost no hot water, cooking plate didn't work, wifi was really poor, located in an industrial area (above a garage and next to taxi parking), a lot of noise from the street, no private parking

Great stay in Yerevan

Lovely host, our plane was delayed and he waited for us with no problem, very kind. The instructions were clear, and we had a great stay over several days. There was cleaning service on one of the days. The AC was working great. Two little balconies to hang out clothes to dry etc. Very quiet at night. I would stay there again!

Not much, it was a pleasant stay, it was pretty challenging to order taxis to the city centre from there because all the apps require an Armenian number but we always managed to flag one down eventually, I think the taxi rank is nearby.

Its peaceful and good place to relax

We discussed with the receptionist that we will arrive earlier than 2pm checkin and agreed that we will be accomodated but then it didnt happen. The heater in the shower didnt work that caused inconvinience due to cold water supply. Far from city center

Nice place to stay

Very welcoming and friendly host. We had 11h flight delay and he agreed to check us in late at night. Spacious suite with all necessary equipment.

Low hot water pressure. The host said it was because of the cold weather and cold water in the pipes, the boiler didn't cope with it very well. Maybe it's better in the summer.

Nice comfortable place to stay

Nice comfortable place to stay, excellent connection with the city centre, cheap public transport , a few supermarkets nearby. We've really enjoyed staying here. And amazing hospitality.

Nothing there like it’s all there staff is very rude he’s behave is very bad we never book from this application because we don’t have take help from booking. Com we try to connect but we fail to contact

Nice place in genaral

Housekeeping almost every day. It is Big apartment, everything clean and working well, great host always aware of help you, quickly responder.

The mattress . You can feel everything inside the mattress (I don't know why but every place I was stay in Armenia happened, maybe quality of the mattress). It is a little far from the city center and little noisy traffic noise.

Nightmarish cold shower,noisy and dirty utensils

Honestly, if it was not an emergency, I'd have cancelled my booking upon arriving.The owner is frowning and unwelcoming.He barely even help with your luggage,being located on the third floor without a lift,I thought help with luggage is naturally expected. Kitchen utensils weren't even washed,coffe and tea spot are clear on cups,pots are equally terribly unclean. Reviews mentioning the cold water in shower are accurate as well.After 11 pm there is no hot water,it's a nightmare to take shower and during the day hot water is scarce. Too noisy all day and there's no proper curtains to block the day light or provide privacy. Cleaning lady doesn't even throw out the trash,you need to ask her to do this or that but as a paying guest why should I be so forward in asking for it, shower tube is full of spots too.No washing machine in a so called "Studio "apartment is something to frown on it is more of a room with a kitchenette NOT a studio nor apartment. It was cold as well an aircondtioner doesn't suffice for warming up a room at the main street in 7-° degree in winter. I don't expect the owner is up to improve these points;seeing they've been mentioned before by other guests.I therefore don't recommend staying at this property when you can get way better value for your money in another hotel.

Bad

Service was very poor,owner does not have a hospitable acttitud, or vocation for it.This hotel is not cheap to ignore the unfriendly owner and cold shower. I got approximately 15 seconds of hot water before it turn cold again and had to wash my hair with cold water in the sink. short story: do not stay here unless you enjoy ice cold showers and an equally cold room.I think if these people actually cared about the experience of their guests they would fix all these things

Frypan in kitchen needed cleaning by me prior to being used as did several other kitchen utensils as they had food stuck to them. poor normal tv reception. Cups unclean.How hard is it to provide clean cups?Electronic stove does not function well, of the four burners only one burner work.

Hot but enjoyable. Recommend getting about by taxi and not by the minibuses.

The hosts, Karen and Lucy, were very kind and helpful. The apartment was quite comfortable.

A wider variety of kitchen utensils would have been helpful.
