準備万端にした上でまた来たいと思う

旧市街の中にあり、バル巡りに最高収納や家具も充実し、部屋は広く、清潔、快適

部屋のロックがカードキーだったが、正常に動作している様子がなく施錠不能共有トイレのトイレットペーパーがなくなってしまったが、日を跨いでも補充されず困った

It was perfect for a long weekend around Donosti.

I liked the cleanliness, the nice location and the quick response from the staff, even though there was no reception.

Good base for a night in the foodie capital of Spain

In the heart of the fully pedestrianized old town, surrounded by the tapas/pintxos bars for which San Sebastian is famous. Very comfortable accommodation with good double glazing so that street noise was kept to a minimum. Spacious modern ensuite shower room. Excellent value.

The hot water could have been hotter.

Una ubicación ideal en la que repetiría alojamiento

La ubicación es perfecta, en el casco viejo de San Sebastián, justo al lado de la playa de la Concha y en la zona de bares y restaurantes. La decoración de la habitación es muy bonita. Aun así, no se oye el ruido del exterior por ser una habitación con patio interior. Zona segura.

El lavabo es minúsculo, imposible que quepan dos personas. Aun así todo limpio. Se oye todo de las habitaciones contiguas, necesitaría un mejor aislamiento.

A little piece of paradise!

Sylvia was a great host. She gave us clear instructions on how to access the property. You cannot find a better location near Old Town with pinchos bars all around. She accomodated us with all of our basic needs. What a beautiful Pension in such a beautiful city.

Excellent.

Location was perfect. Host booked us a very early taxi to the airport which was very helpful. Entry instructions worked just fine.

Room smelled initially of disinfectant but window opened to air it out.

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage mitten in der Altstadt von San Sebastián, von der Großzügigkeit und geschmackvollen Einrichtung des Zimmers, von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und den bequemen Betten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut okay. Kontakt zum Hotelpersonal hatten wir keinen, daher in diesem Punkt keine Bewertung.

Fantastic guesthouse for a stay in San Sebastián

Over all else, the staff. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Very helpful for anything we needed. The location of the property was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

The location is great, but in total bad value for the price, especially because of the noisiness. Would not recommend un

- central location - easy access/check in - good communication

- the noise from the street is very loud, without earplugs there was no chance of sleep - old furniture and bathroom - no option for breakfast - no way of parking in the area except a very expensive parking garage (28€/day)

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and room was beautiful!

Our room was so comfortable and cozy! Even though we share a bathroom it still feels private 😊

It can take minute to figure out how to enter the hotel primarily but afterwards it was not a problem!

Amazing location, very friendly staff and clean room! Overall a fantastic experience :)

The only setback was that the main entrance and hallway of the building had a strange smell (luckily this was not he case inside the hotel itself)

Great location but bad experience

Perfect location, in the middle of the old town

During the first evening, some guests entered our room while we were in bed claiming that was theirs (they had received the access code to our room). This was very uncomfortable and we could have easily been outside with other guests having access to our computers, passports,.. The check in happens online and there is no one in the reception. From our room we could hear everything, including the noise from the neighbour love birds.

Basic accomodation

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms good.

Basic accomodation in the old town. Its neither a hotel or a bnb or an apt. Please know this is just a room in a building with a bathroom. No glasses in the room for a drink of water. No kettle. No tea or coffee. No access to a kitchen. Very noisy location close to some bars that go through the night. The old town is a party town for youngsters and if this is not your thing then I'd stay clear of the whole area.

Perfect spot in old town, great value

Silvia was absolutely fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The rooms were brilliant, good size and great value for money. We even got put into a better room than what we booked which had a balcony looking out into the old town and the marina.

I might have had to share a bath, but luckily I did not. I would not have liked that. that’s all!
