Motel room under the bird farm

The location.

The attic of the building is used for harvesting bird's nest and, I guess, they keep the lights on for the birds throughout the night, because they keep twitting without a break. Additionally, they run some giant fans for the birds, which make an industrial sound. As a result, you can only sleep if you're deaf. The bed is motel (nha nghi) quality, very uncomfortable and covered with the terrible plastic bedsheet you can find in cheap motels. I chose to pay 80k extra for this booking, compared to a motel nearby, specifically to avoid that kind of bedding.

Without the malfunction of AC, it's quite a good choice to stay.

The location is quite good, easy to reach hot spots of Rach Gia, near the beach. Room is clean, having necessary amenities. Parking lot for bikes is spacious and easy to access

Feels like the water is taken from the underground and not well-filtered, it's a bit unclean and salty. The water heater is out of service too. AC is not put in the right place so it worked terribly, it's nearly useless during the night.

Reasonable.

Walking distance to beach. Decent room, clean, affordable.

Parking area isn't fully enclosed so may have a wet seat if it rains.

Nice hostel to stay and good location

On arrival booked in straight away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very nice. Would recommend.
