Clean room but room service needs to improve alot.

Location and Room.

In-Room dining service was very bad. Had placed an order for food and 2 hours later it was not delivered. Later I called again to check with them, some other person from restaurant staff was not even aware about the food order that was placed and said will start preparing now. Highly miss managed staff.

Good room and restaurant, bad service

- Nice room - Very good breakfast

- Some of the staff did not speak understandable English - Multiple problems with the service; first we were sent to an already occupied room. During night and day we got multiple weird phone calls from the reception. - They agreed to a late checkout the day before to then hassle us 15 minutes after the original checkout time. Maybe also a problem of the language barrier, but it was handled very unprofessionally

Amenities and cleanliness. Restaurant food price and quality was very nice

Service was not as great as expected. Some amenities such as towels and tea cups were not adequate. The hotel should carry some phone charging cables for the customer to borrow

Room & bathroom fairly large & clean.housekeeping was decent

For guests there's only one lift . With 8 floors & 120 rooms it's irritatingly inadequate. Room service was pathetic ...a coffee order would take 45 minutes to be delivered.Staff at reception need more training

worst hospitality and stay experience

staff were not responsive. I’ve requested for GST bill that I was promised to get over email but never received after making calls to hotel they lied about sending bull. Amount they are charging is total waste of money hotel was not clean service was pathetic. Receptionist were rude. It was just waste of money. I won’t recommend anyone for stay at this property.

Stay was comfortable

The staff lied to us with regards to the availability of the booking initially, inspite of personally visiting staff said that rooms were fully occupied however I booked the hotel via booking So this had a bad experience

Good...can do better

Quick checkin , polite staff. Excellent place to stay if you are from out station and attending a function at any of the byke suraj plaza banquet halls.

Few plug points in the room were not working. One lift not adequate. Need more lifts considering there are 4 halls & over 50 rooms. Bathroom & toilet need more privacy.
