no 24h check-in so never got my room, but the bill was paid and refund was no option. Damm mentality

we booked by booking.com, we never heard of a not 24h incheck in this hotel (we thought all hotels proposed by booking have 24h acces and check-in) So we had delay on a job so got a message, that check in after 19h is not possible, while we did not know this when we booked the hotel. So I had to sleep in my car what was not so nice after a long day. So my advice: be aware if you can't check in before 19h. So even no payback was proposed or a free night later, no, just pay and that's it.

Fantastische accommodatie en zou het iedereen aanbevelen

De locatie was super en je loopt zo het centrum in. De kamers waren prachtig en heel sfeervol ingericht. De mensen van het hotel waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parkeerplaats die je extra bij kan reserveren is ook super handig en wij hebben een super verblijf gehad.

Ik kan niets negatiefs bedenken

Extraordinary stay!!!

Oustanding!!! My second time in Bossche suites, and will not be the last! They make you feel like a King/Queen! The suites are extraordinary, and they treat you as a Rock Star!! Thank you all!!!!

Excellent comfortable stay with super friendly staff. Would stay again.

Excellent location, great communication and freindly and helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. The complimentory drinks were a bonus and the bed was super comfy.

We are used to a great shower at home, so found the overhead shower (very high so water a little cold) and the location of the handheld shower a little difficult to make the shower comfortable.

receptionist was amazing (his name escapes me and for that I’m sorry), welcome bubbles was a nice touch. was my 30th birthday, and they put some balloons in the room which was very kind

Incredible stay in Den Bosch

The stay here was one of the best experiences we ever had. After a long day of train delays and other hasles, the staff greeted us so compassionately. The facilities and the room are exectl as shown and we felt really pampered and comfortable. The bed was heavenly, non alcoholic drinks included and they arranged breakfast for us. The location is also exceptionally great. We could see much of the city because of a concert we were going to but this place.makes it easy to quickly go and have a look around. We also appreciated the late check out opputunities and sat by the fireplace for so long to soak the atmosphere in. We will come back for sure.

One teeny tiny thing that could be to provide would be something like bath foam or a bath bomb with great bathtub. Aside from this nothing at all. This place was magical.

Beautiful Stay in Den Bosch

Suite was lovely, beautifully decorated, with fire, free glass of bubbles on arrival, free water beer & soft drinks. Staff were amazing. Very well located

Parking was off site but only a few minutes walk

Beautifully designed , quality room. Very spacious with lots of thought gone into the details. Extremely helpful & thoughtful host, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had . Greeted with a glass of bubbly . Thank you

amazing - worth to visit again

The breakfast was amazing, delivered in the room and with a lot of choices. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the center and the railwaystation. It is beautifully decorated and even has a fireplace.

The entrance is a bit dark if you arrive at night.

Perfect location

It is perfect place to stay in den Bosch. Location is amazing. Place it self is very cool. We loved to have a glass of wine by the fire place in evening.
