In desperate need of an update

Close to airport, easy to get a transfer to the airport for our flight. All of the staff were lovely

The room and hallway STANK. It smelled like musty, damp, and dank old carpet. It was almost unbearable. The shower was mouldy, especially the disgusting blind in the shower. There was also other people's hair all over the bathroom

Parada perfecta para ir al aeropuerto

Es perfecto para ir o volver del aeropuerto. Nos dieron una merienda como obsequio y, además, nos permitieron hacer antes el check in.

Quizá el personal es algo insistente para preguntar si todo está bien. Las camas no son muy cómodas (bastante blandas).

Overall nice experience, restaurant breakfast was exceptional and specially thier kitchen staff and chef’s.

Breakfast was exceptional and cafeteria staff and chef greeted very well and my son and daughter enjoyed breakfast, chef’s provided cake to my family which was very pleasant experience.

It’s had confirmed that room will have baby cot but when I was check-in , it was not available.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה שיש בה פשוט הכל! המיקום אחלה, 10 דקות מהשדה, חצי שעה למרכז העיר, לא רע בכלל.

אין טיפת צל בבריכה, עד שעושים בריכה כזאת יפה ונקייה זה מבאס שאי אפשר סתם לשבת ליד הבריכה. 45 מעלות בצל, המינימום זה קצת צל...

C'est la première fois que je séjourne à cet hotel. Quelques minutes après mon enregistrement, je reçois un message WhatsApp où l'hotel exprimait sa déception sur le fait que je n'avais pas apprécié mon séjour (5 messages de ce type pendant mon séjour) Communiquer c'est bien, le faire correctement c'est mieux

Very Comfortable stay

I have been staying in this hotel quite often. The location is very convenient. The staff is always ready to help and make one feel comfortable. Especially the staff at reception and house keeping is exceptional.

If you are checking out very early morning, then sometimes you have to remind them to send take away breakfast on time.

I would happily stay again for a short trip.

Food was great, room was lovely and very close to the airport. We we're only there for one night to catch a connecting flight. All round lovely pleasant experience.

The chef harassing us whilst having our dinner to write a review while he stood over us and we were trying to have a relaxed meal but felt under pressure to write a review for him and he wouldn't leave us alone until we wrote it. Was extremely unprofessional and a uncomfortable experience.

the service was extremely slow and for example as the remote control that was missing in the room, on request it still didn’t turn up until a lot longer. Also, I was unwell so requested for some salt sachet which was never delivered. very slow and not the best room service overall
