Ok but not great

Room ok, nice old building, pleasant host.

Check in inefficient. Noise from other guests annoying. Poorly maintained - bed headboard collapsed on us.

Struttura e host top!

Struttura in ottima posizione, si può da qui girare facilmente tutto il centro di Campobasso a piedi! La host è stata fantastica, ci ha aspettate e accolte a mezzanotte aiutandoci a trovare sia il parcheggio che il b&b.. davvero super consigliato!

Natale in centro storico

La struttura è molto caratteristica rispecchia fedelmente la storicità del quartiere antico di Campobasso, è ben tenuta e pulita. sicuramente la vicinanza al centro raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi, da una marcia in più al B&b

Alloggiare al centro storico ha un'unica difficoltà quella del parcheggio, in quanto bisogna lasciare le autovetture nelle zone di transito poiché non è possibile arrivare direttamente alle strutture, anche se in questo caso, il Sant'Andrea era possibile, attraverso una viuzza, raggiungere la scalinata principale per poter caricare e scaricare al volo le valigie. Altra cosa che non ho gradito ma è una questione di mio gusto, raggiungere il bar lupacchioli a circa 300 m dalla struttura, non lo trovo fruibile per le mie necessità. Preferisco una tipologia o di colazione interna o un bar antistante alla struttura.

Piacevole scoperta nel centro storico di Campobasso

La pulizia della camera è stata impeccabile e, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, i termosifoni sono rimasti accesi tutto il giorno. Per la colazione vengono forniti dei buoni da utilizzare presso il bar Lupacchioli. Per finire, la signora che gestisce la struttura è stata gentilissima e super disponibile.

Purtroppo la struttura si trova nel centro storico e trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze è quasi impossibile. Inoltre sono presenti molte scale abbastanza ripide nella struttura quindi...viaggiate leggeri e non bevete 😂

Stanza tripla accogliente nel cuore del centro storico

Tutto perfetto. Nel cuore del centro storico di Campobasso, ideale per visitare la città. Camera tripla ampia, accogliente e pulita. La colazione in un bar storico convenzionato. Disponibilità 🔝 da parte della gestrice nel fornirci indicazioni. Abbiamo fatto un late check-in senza alcun addebito. Ci ritroveremo presto!

Perfect for those who like to go away from it all.

Splendid and quiet bed and breakfast right in the medieval neighborhood of Campobasso. Excellent location and great if you want to sleep well in a clean environment and are not looking for too many amenities.

Not suitable for people with movement impairments or big luggage, because there is no lift and the stairs within are narrow and steep.

Exceptional

A home away from home. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed. I was happy to be left to my own devices but knew help was nearby, if I needed it.

I can't really think of anything that was a problem for me. The property is a bit of a maze and the stairwells could intimidate someone with a nervous disposition. I was able to find parking within a 10 minute walk.

Pleasant

The room was little but confortable and the manager was very helpful for a late night arrival and every the details to make things easier. The location is a little street on the historical centre.

It was very complicated to get the invoice. They provide a ticket but not an invoice (with names and days of stay) and delayed for more than 10 days to send a proper invoice that I need to adequately justify my travel expenses in a business trip.

Exceptional

The staff is very friendly, always keeps in touch. As for the room: it’s spacious, there’s everything you may need. Everything is in a good condition, everything is working. The place generally is quiet and clean. As for food: you may choose whatever for breakfast, there's a the wide range of items. The hostel is very comfortable. When I was searching for the place to live, I couldn't even expect that I’d be so lucky to find Residenza Sant’Andrea! I advise exactly this place if you want a place in Campobasso. Staying here will help you to feel the atmosphere of Old Europe (a moment/a day from the past). Grazie mille per tutto! Tutto è molto buono!

Amazing Residenza in the Old Town of Campobasso

Amazing moment overall in that residenza! Great breakfast with a lot of choice, the food was very good also. Roberta, the keeper of the residenza was easy-going and let us put our luggage before the check-in. She answered very quickly to our questions and everything went perfect! The room in itself was spacious, very comfortable and we felt the same as home. Great location in Campobasso's old town. Very quiet area. The price was excellent for the quality of service! Thank you for everything!

The hall was a bit noisy when people were chatting, but nothing too annoying.
