The houses are really beautifully furnished and equipped, very spacious. The place among the olive trees is beautiful and calm. There is nice backyard with barbecue. The host was very kind and helpful.

The houses are built in an amazing Olive Garden. It is very quiet and from the first moment we relaxed and felt like home. the apartment is very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. highly recommended for short and long stays

it is around twenty minutes far from Heraklion by car but it is not an issue as long as you have a cat

Feeling at home

Where had an emergency stay in crete in care for our son under surgery in Université Hospital. In our Host and Place we found all we needed to relax and feel at Home during this challenging Moment in our Life. We say thank you, and we can recommend the Place for all Kinds of interest: Family, Romance and Party

Exceptional

One of the best places I've stayed in Crete! Tucked away in the olive grove but not difficult to find using directions provided by the host, close to the public transportation, just 10 mins away by foot from a secluded beach, walking/driving distance from restaurants and other entertainment. There is a parking on the premises. The house is stylishly decorated, offers all amenities for your comfortable stay, including beach umbrella, iron etc. The room was crispy clean, bed/pillows were comfortable, there are coffee tables outside if you like to have a cup of coffee or a meal in a beautiful garden! I was greeted with a traditional raki and bottle of wine! I have to point out that a wifi was excellent, suitable for a remote work, it was essential for me. The hosts are very responsive if you have any questions. Thank you, Villa Athena, for making me feel like home! I would definitely love to come back and strongly recommend to other travelers.

A flat facing a beautiful well-maintained garden

Our one bedroom flat faced a beautiful well-maintained garden and had a lovely terrace. We liked the hammock. The property had everything we needed including a washing machine, which was really useful as we needed to wash beach towels and swimming costumes every day. Emma was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful house

- the outdoor space is absolutely marvelous, a small Eden, impeccably kept - it enchanted us and was worth every penny we spent. - outside oven, grill and sink - big table to accommodate our group of 8 - The house is very well maintained and is quite comfortable, having everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It has many areas created for relaxation and gathering. - it was clean - a big private parking available next to the house - you could see the sea from upstairs, the landscape was beautiful - a 5 minute drive away you had restaurants& a kid friendly beach. The house is located within a 10 minute walk from another beach which was also ok (the entrance to the water a bit steeper), having also a big pond with turtles and ducks. - the airport is 20 min away - many shops and supermarkets within 5 min driving

- the doors to the downstairs bedrooms did not close - the showers were quite small, especially the one from downstairs, and we had some issues with the water pressure upstairs - too much light at night from the outside garden lighting which is kept on all night (we had to close the shutters against it) -the drive in is a bit narrow, we recommend renting smaller cars for confort (we had a 9 persons van, it was manageble, but navigating the narrow streets required attention)

Fantastic stay

Great apartment and really quiet place. Very clean house and the owner was helpful with everything! I had my dog there also, because they are pet friendly apartments. I recommend!

Gorgeous accommodation in very well equipped apartment in the middle of the green garden.

Very nice stone apartman in a beautiful garden.

The beach is about 900 m but by a quiet good road.
