nice location but room needs work.

big room, aircon, a few minutes from the city center.

air filter in the bathroom was not cleaned for a long time. mold in the air filter. overall it needs some work in the room especially the bathroom.

Sir Jing very friendly ,mets the cleanliness we are happy with his service Edu ,was very patient in transferring our stuff Everyone was very nice and very helpful Your staff was great The security in the parking was all nice,overall all the staff service was great 👏👏👏

We grew up staying and partying at Star Plaza. Never again.

breakfast was good, city centre location

water was murky brown it was disgusting. we had to cancel our last 2 nights as there seems to be no solution provided re the murky water when we complained. it was also disappointing that the staff said only foreigners complain about the murky water and locals are ok with it - absolutely not. I was born and raised there and even my whole family and friends advised us to move hotels. The hotel finally agreed to cancel the rest of our stay and issue a refund but only decided on this at 21:30 in the night and wanted us to move hotels then which obviously was unreasonable so we had to stay another night which they charged us for too. Reception staff who issued our refund were apologetic in the end but one of the reception staff was still insisting that this water is “normal”. Photos attached show the lightest shade of brown during our stay, it was darker than this at some point.

We always love our stay in this hotel, especially the food at the restaurant.

We loved the newly renovated rooms, especially the bathroom.

The noise of the other guests passing by our room. we wished the rooms were noise proofed.

simple and have at least parking

breakfast is okay , the trainee server must know how to serve as she spilled over the hot choco and did not bother to correct, manager on site could have at least corrected so he will learn

the bathroom is dirty with caps from previous occupants and long hair of lady- not clean at all with the dust. also the pillow case are smelly( smell perspiration) and for sure were not change prior to arrival. worst hotel so far I have experience.

Love this hotel! So clean neat and tidy... Air-condition was excellent ambiance is very lovely it felt like home all tables, chairs and beddings are clean and smells nice 👍🙂 im definitely going back to this hotel.. and breakfast was excellent and yummy

Superb

We had presidential suite love it, have been staying at star plaza for years. The staff is so amazing always feels like home. They welcome us back everytime.

No complaints, ok not hotels fault but city ordinance won't allow smoking on balcony.
