tolle dachterrasse aber leider in die jahre gekommen

zimmer mit toller dachterrasse, jacuzzi, dusche, bad, kühlschrank und spüle. alles zur alleinigen nutzung! wirklich toll! aber es gibt leider nur 4 zimmer mit diesem komfort. in der unteren etage sind die wohnräume und eine etwas steile treppe führt außen aufs dachgeschoss. nichts für betagte und kinder.

das mobiliar und die „spanische „ einrichtung mit viel glas, spiegel und kitsch ist leider nicht mehr der zeit entsprechend. da muss dringend was gemacht werden. darunter leidet leider das preis-leistungs verhältnis.

Uno de los mejores lugares relación calidad-precio para quedar en Canarias

El apartamento para 4 con terraza y jacuzzi nos pareció increíble. Las instalaciones están en muy buenas condiciones y el personal de los apartamentos es súper profesional, simpático y agradable, nos sentimos muy a gusto. Las señoras de la limpieza fueron un encanto y nos ayudaron en todo. Igual con el hombre que había en recepción, era majisimo. Repetiría si duda.

Lo único que no nos gusto fueron los comentarios y el trato recibido por el socorrista más joven. Creemos que se extralimitó en más de una ocasión y que sus comentarios estaban totalmente fuera de lugar, molestándonos en más de una ocasión. El socorrista que era más mayor fue muy agradable y simpático.

Buena relación calidad/precio

- Amplitud del apartamento, buena terraza y buen menaje. - Piscina grande. - Tranquilidad. - Muy buena ubicación. Al lado de las dunas y Olaya del inglés. - Parking privado.

- Poca frecuencia de limpieza y si a las 10 sigues en la habitación, ese día se la saltan. - Falta microondas. - Checkout muy temprano (a las 10). En realidad son mejoras. Volveríamos a este apartahotel.

Siisteys, sijainti, henkilökunta ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Ehdottomasti mukavinta aluetta kaupungissa. Lyhyt matka palveluihin sekä dyyneille.

Suihkushampoot puuttuvat ja saippuapalat loppuvat nopeasti. Varausvaiheessa et voi valita asunnon ilmansuuntaa.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Perfekte Ausstattung, großer Pool zum Bahnenschwimmen geeignet, Tischtennisplatte und Billardtisch am Pool, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, riesiger Balkon mit Liegen etc.

Great stay for one week

We travel group of 4 boys and our stay was amazing! Check-in is possible from 4pm but we got keys already around 1 pm. Staff on reception was amazing! Every day asked us if need something. Pool and around is clean and water is hot!

Perfekt wie immer

Wie immer perfekt... Seit langem fühle ich mich sofort bei Ankunft zu Hause... Apt. sind perfekt .. super Balkon... Wlan super stabil, was für die Arbeit zwischendurch sehr wichtig ist... Tolles Team... Immer aufmerksam und super lieb.. Immer wieder gern ... So bald wie möglich... Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an alle...🌞💋

Die Zeit geht leider viel zu schnell vorbei... 😉🌴

Alles top...

Wie immer sind alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre in der man sich sehr willkommen fühlt. WLAN ist top... und für mich zum Arbeiten perfekt. Pool und Außenbereich laden immer zum verweilen ein.

Sowas gibt's nicht:-)

One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in the cleaning team are an asset

Room was ready way ahead of check in time as we advised we would be there early, we were having a bit of a party holiday and the cleaners came back to tend to the room later in the day if we we’re enjoining a longer lie

Excelent location. Street full of excellent restaurants. Bus stop 200m. Citá 300m, Jumbo 1km. Dunas 300m, beach 1km. Swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols

Le donne delle pulizie già alle otto li senti starnazzare nei corridoi come se tutti fossero già svegli; Una ragazza in reception che non si è mai identificata capelli lunghi legati e lisci, acida come uno yogurt al limone, sempre arrabbiata e scorbutica molto poco disponibile

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

La chambre est propre et spacieuse, l'hotêl est très calme. Grande piscine. Bonne literie. Accueil agréable. Place de parking.

Pas grand chose à améliorer sauf ajouter une cafetière expresso mais c'est un détail.

Lovely apartment, in a great location with amazing cleaners and friendly staff.

Loved the apartment, spacious, clean and had everything you needed in it. The cleaners were amazing, coming in most days a thoroughly cleaning your apartment. I like the fact that we were gated too, simple code and it allows you in. the grounds surrounding the apartments was clean and well maintained. Balcony was large and spacious and we had lunch out there most days whilst playing cards with the kids.

The pool - the pool was lovely & clean but kids were not allowed to play with balls, or on floats. Male lifeguards were really good, friendly, fetched us mats for the sun beds and allowing the kids to play with ball as long as the pool was not too busy.

Lack of a bar or at least a vending machine. After 10pm most shops are closed and if you need some water you’re screwed

Well equipped kitchen, lovely spacious balcony at the back of apartment with the view of garden. Excellent WIFI connection.

Duvet that was wrapped in plastic and kept in the wardrobe stinks so as the pillow. Furniture dated and small space combined kitchen/dining/living room.

Wonderful Apartment

Fantastic pool. Apartment has cooker, air con, large balcony with sun beds. Television with various channels.

Pool closes at 5pm. Pillows could be improved on. No microwave.

Great property in aclean upmarket area,convenient for the Maspalomas dunes and the stunning sunsets

Pool was larger than expected, well supervised, very clean and HEATED! (Essential in February). Pool area also had table tennis table and a billiards table nearby so was great for kids. The apartment was extremely clean on arrival and then cleaned 4 times in our week, which was both ample and completed to a very high standard. The maids were great. Location was also a huge win. Very quiet area: no late night noise outside whilst being very close to mini markets and restaurants as well as being on the doorstep of the Maspalomas sand dunes, which are simply spectacular and only a genuine 5 minute walk away.

Very little could be improved on. If anything, where the coffee filter machine is provided (very welcome) could paper filters also be made available as part of the inventory to avoid each guest having to buy a box full? Not an expensive item, just a little inconvenient until they have been found in a supermarket but again, this is a very small gripe for what is a wonderful property, accommodating staff and is very clean and well run.

Excellent stay

The apartments are clean, up to date with everything you need. The beds are amazing so comfortable. Daily room cleans apart from Wednesday and Sunday. Towels also changed. The balcony had enough room to have two sun beds out and a table and four chairs as well as a umbrella. Loads of sun loungers next to the pool, didn't use the pool but looked lovely and clean. The internet works really well, however doesn't reach to the pool area.

The only downfall for us, was the TV! Only English channels was BBC world news are Sky news international. To be honest, we don't go on holiday to watch TV but something other than the news would have been a bonus.
