Unas horas en CDMX

Fuimos a un concierto en el estadio Azteca, el hotel está muy cerca y el acceso es fácil tanto de ida como de vuelta. El cuarto es de buen tamaño, las cómodas.

Descepcionante. Están pésimo en PET. No volvería.

La ubicación ya que queda relativamente cerca a 7 min en carro del estadio azteca y fui a un concierto.

El baño es pequeño y falta buena salida de vapor cuando te bañas, en momentos se siente un sofoco horrible. El lavabo de manos del baño tiene una llave que sale el agua a presión en hilos y cuando lavas las manos se salpica todo el lavabo y la ropa y todo a su paso. La cocineta tiene una cafetera que no funciona, estuvo más de media hora calentando agua y no se puso ni tibia. Hacen el aseo de la habitación 5 min antes de que subiéramos y la señora iba saliendo de nuestro cuarto y nos percatamos de que limpieza buena no hay porque encontramos agua en el piso y como era cuarto pet no supimos si era agua de la trapeada o pipi de perro de huésped anterior. A pesar de que te cobran una tarifa PET adicional a la reserva + impuestos no tienen la suficiente higiene ya que las sillas, cama, sofá tenía manchas feas y en el piso lo que parecía chicle pegado en la duela. Te piden en el reglamento que el perro solo puede hacer del baño en el estacionamiento del hotel pero no mandan a nadie o facilitan cosas de limpieza para tenerlas en el cuarto pet por cualquier eventualidad (a pesar de que cobran la tarifa PET). Algo que detestamos fue la falta de comunicación del hotel respecto a llevar mascota hablé para preguntar antes de llevarlo y nunca me compartieron el reglamento del hotel (que en pocas palabras es una hoja en la cual el hotel y su personal se deslinda de todo respecto a algún daño o enfermedad hacia la mascota) Muy exigentes con su reglamento PET (se exige mucho al dueño y mascota). Antes de la llegada no me comentaron del depósito de $2,000 pesos que se tienen que hacer al llegar a recepción para dejarlo como garantía en caso de ocupar cuarto PET .

Realmente cerca de Zona de Hospitales con elevador

El trato del personal (vía telefónica y personalmente), la temperatura y el silencio de la habitación se mantuvo a pesar del clima y de estar junto a Periférico.

Habitación muy pequeña(dudo haber tenido acceso con silla de ruedas) y falta de control en el estacionamiento (muchos huéspedes no saben estacionarse)

BÁSICO PARA DESCANSAR.

El personal es amable y atendió mis peticiones positivamente. El servicio de facturación fue rápido.

La habitación y el hotel en general son muy básicos y sencillos para el precio en el que están, incluso el hotel no tiene la calidad de la cadena Marriot, ni tampoco la zona donde se encuentra constituye de las mejores de la Ciudad de México, por lo que creo deberían reconsiderar sus costos.

Property is good, modern and clean. Staff in general is very friendly. Price is fair for the facilities and location. WIFI was fast and coverage was good through all areas.

The included breakfast is not bad, but very short on options. We were on a short stay so it wasn't a big problem, but on a longer stay, it might get tiresome.

If you love planet Earth do not stay at this hotel.

The bed was OK. The room was clean. The window had a view towards a dog park and that was cute.

I booked the room together with my sister. In the room there was only one mini bottle of water with a sign saying that a second bottle would cost 12 pesos. One mini bottle for two guests. The price was not a shock, but the waste of plastic was. I went to the restaurant hoping to fill my personal flask and they refused. Let me repeat: the restaurant of the hotel refused water to a guest that also had dinner there. Also, the breakfast is very limited and everything was served on disposable cups and plates. Sorry, but if I'm sitting in a restaurant to eat, I don't expect my food to be served on a piece of garbage. The offer of the restaurant was very limited and, in general, the service was atrocious. A pity because in Mexico City usually both food and service are fantastic.

I didn’t stay because the bed in my room was dirty and full of hair 😖

The room was dirty and the access to the parking wasn’t comfortable, to get to the lobby I have to go through stairs, ring the bell so they’ll allow me to get inside the hotel. I didn’t like this because I was going to get late at night and wouldn’t feel very safe doing this every night.
