Funktionales geräumiges Apartment für 4 Personen, ohne Kontakt zu Personal da Rezeption ab 17 Uhr nicht besetzt ist.

1 Nacht gebucht: 12 Emails bekommen. Alle Mails doppelt direkt und via Booklooker mit wiederholenden Informationen

Dejligt, fredelig søndag.

Stort værelse. Ellers fredeligt.

Finish i rengøring.( under borde, vægge toilet, hjørner). Kaffe fra maskine - ikke god. Musik på gaden , sluttede først kl.22 fredag. Kunne godt være oplyst.

Fine for one night

We stayed in an apartment opposite the hotel building. The apartment is authentic and spacious, offering a great view of the castle.

The apartment needs a serious update in terms windows, balcony, railing on the balcony and kitchen cabinets.

Det var pænt og rent

Ingen parkering trods vi havde booket. Næsten ingen tryk på vandet og kun lunkent vand at bade i! Morgen buffet var meget meget ordinær og kedelig. Første morgen havde de glemt æg. Scramble egg begge dage med kogte cocktail pølser, billig skiveskåret ost Meget skuffende.

Für den Zweck reichte es aus.

Schönes Himmelbett, relativ ruhig gelegen, insgesamt sehr ruhig im Haus. Kostenloses parken, check in durch türcode eingabe, wir hatten die suite Ingrid.

Die Dusche im Bad war unten undicht, man musste nach der Dusche erstmal den See beseitigen, Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, es war nur lauwarmes Wasser vorhanden, die Betten wirkten sehr durchgelegen, es fehlte ein willkommmenheitsgefühl, früher check out um 10 uhr, durch aufpreis möglich länger zu bleiben. Das Frühstück war sehr klein, mit wenig auswahl,keine Essensmöglichkeit am Tag oder abends. Den Preis finde ich viel zu überteuert, für das was man geboten bekommt.

Alt i alt et godt ophold, når man gerne vil have et hyggeligt sted at sove.

Dejligt stort dobbeltrum. Virkede fint og rent. Dejlige senge.

Alt var automatiseret. Intet menneske til at modtage en. Ikke nogen at henvende sig til så man kunne få fat noget bestik når man ankom klokken 19:30.

virkelig skønt værelse som var stort, rent og fint indrettet.

Da muss man durch

Wir haben nicht im Auto schlafen müssen

Kein Personal, das Zimmer war trotz Heizung sehr kalt ( uns hätten 17-18 Grad gereicht), die Betten viel zu hart, sehr hellhörig, Möbel wie von der Straßenecke eingesammelt, WC-Spülung verkalkt, Wasser kam nicht immer aus dem Hahn - besonders angenehm, wenn man sich nach dem Zähneputzen den Mund ausspülen will - ging dann nur unter der Dusche. Kein Fahrtstuhl, es fehlt der Hinweis, dass das Hotel für Gäste mit Handycaps auf keinen Fall geeignet ist. Umgebaute Büroräume mit einem spartanisch Frühstück -die Bezeichnung Buffett wäre irreführend.

Underligt at der spørges til personale - VI mødte INGEN🙄 værelset var ALT for varmt od ALT morgenmad var enten optøet brød eller vakumeret ost og pålæg. Fandt aldrig p plads…

Det lå sentralt til i den idylliske lille byen.

Det luktet mugg/råte der og det var ikke oppdatert på nettet at restauranten var stengt

Mega hyggeligt hotel med masser af sjæl.

Super nemt at tjekke ind, kom kl. 23.30. At stod beskrevet i velkomst besked. Dejlig seng, sov som et lille barn.

Mooi hotel op prachtige locatie.

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamers. Goed ontbijt waar zelfs op verzoek glutenvrije broodjes afgebakken werden..

10 mailtjes met aanwijzingen hoe het werkte zonder receptie. Dat vind ik wel erg vervelend.

7 days of stay

Clean and white linens, available parking, breakfast included. If you plan to stay in the room called Banking - then only a price with a good discount worth it.

There is nobody on reception, phoneline only on danish - spend 1hr to get into the hotel, no laundry service offered, room was never cleaned for a 7 days of stay. In the roim there is an Electrical ketlle, but no cups, cofee or tea,. No A/C (or no instruction on how to use it), need to open a windows and as a result unexpected rain flooding trough the opened window. One day, at 0500 security system in the room start alarming. The llight in the bathroom is living by its own life and switching on and off by itself. The bed is combined of two single beds with toppers on each, and this topper is alwas sliding out

Staff is very friendly.

Almost no options to eat after 7 pm in town. No dinner at the hotel. There was a strange smell at the hotel.

Superb

Graston is a charming town and allowed us a central location for exploring the area. the castle grounds were lovely to walk. The hotel had all that we needed and we enjoyed the spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful

The restaurant is still not open for dinner. We did enjoy breakfasts there.

Nice but a pity, I will probably book next time in Sonderborg

I liked the room very much. The lake nearby.

- the fact that everything was so automatic and impersonal, no human being seen except at the breakfast. This is sad... - the room door was closed at 10 AM sharp. I came at 10:03 from Breakfast the door was locked and I had to call the "remote" receptionist to be able to pick up the luggage that stayed in the room. - the city was totally "dead" on Saturday evening, no way to get something late to eat. I had to drive to Sonderborg for that.

Spotless inside and central to town.

Spotless clean room and bathroom. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

Front steps not all that clean which is a shame as the hotel rooms and dining room are spotless.

ok if necessary to stay in Gråsten

Wifi was good, bed was comfortable and it was clean

no staff (code instead of keys), so nobody to ask about parking etc.while there. Also, you can hear all noise from the hall, and the rooms next to yours, plus the traffic.

Everything went very well.

I only saw the message with the key code late and it would have been a problem, had we arrived at the time that the reception was not manned. Would have been useful to get that information a few days before arrival, and not while travelling.
