Für die eine Nacht ausreichend!

Schöner Garten, gute Lage. Preis passt auch.

Kommunikation. Die Adresse des Check Ins aus der Infomail stimmt nicht. Man läuft umsonst zum Haffdeich 1! Keine Infos zum Checkout. Viel zu wenig Licht im Bad. Vorhänge zu kurz - man kann nicht alle Fenster ganz abdecken

Schlimm.Heizungsausfall im Winter und überhaupt nicht auf Kontaktversuche reagieren, geht gar nicht.

Die Lage der Pension zum Fähranleger für die sehr frühe Weiterreise nach Amrum

Leider war die Heizung in den gebuchten Räumen im betreffenden Gebäude der Pension ausgefallen, was wir bei unserer Ankunft gegen 17:30 bzw. 18:30 Uhr feststellten. Das war katastrophal. Wir hatten Sie umgehend angerufen. Es kam eine Mitarbeiterin die nur sehr gebrochen Deutsch und auch kein Englisch sprach. Wir konnten uns mit ihr kaum verständigen. Eine kurzfristige Heizungsreparatur war nicht möglich. Letztlich hatte sie uns noch Alternativzimmer in einem anderen Gebäude gezeigt. Diese waren für unsere Bedürfnisse jedoch wegen der Kinder nicht geeignet. Deshalb hatten wir ja u.a. ein Familienzimmer gebucht. Erst später stellten wir dann zudem fest, dass wir auch kein warmes Wasser hatten, so das auch Duschen oder Waschen mit Warmwasser nicht möglich war. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht für vier Personen hergerichtet. Unsere schriftliche Bitte um Stellungnahme und Teilerstattung blieb unbeantwortet. Die Kontakttelefonnummer ist nicht mehr vergeben. Es

Unerwartet schön

Unerwartet schöne Unterkunft, großes Zimmer, viel Platz in der Küche, sauberes Geschirr, nette Mitarbeiter, perfekte Lage.

Leider nicht mehr sauber!

Lediglich die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal

Die Sauberkeit war insbesondere im Bad so schlecht, dass wir auf die Dusche am Morgen verzichten mussten.

Really nice place, but the staff does not put much effort into making the stay a nice experience

The location was great, and the room had a really nice terrace and access to the yard. Also, the size of the room was good, and it was well equipped.

They had lost our booking and then tried to give us a different, much smaller room. After we came back to complain, they first claimed there would not be any other rooms available. However, suddenly our originally booked room was available. Also, the dishes and one towel were dirty. And you can never reach anyone under the announced phone number. We tried probably 15 times.

OK for a short stay

It gave value for money. No meals but that was ok because you will get a flat.

The flat had not been cleaned on arrival which gave a long wait. Nobody could tell the password to the wi-fi. There was no knife to cut a bread but ok, it did not matter because there was no grocery in town and no bakery !
