Would be a great hotel if the air conditioning worked

convenient location in a quiet area, nice rooms, good service

air conditioning broke down every day while it was +35 outside during the day and +25 at night. According to the staff, the problem was in the whole hotel, i.e. changing the room would not help. When the AC broke down at night, the repair was obviously postponed until morning and we had to sleep in a hot and stuffy room. They did not agree to unblock the windows to open them wide open at once and then offered to sign some paper in Turkish. at 3am this is exactly what you expect from the service in a hotel, ha-ha.

It was ok.

Room was ok.

The hotel did not send the Taxi although I had requested it way in advance and had received a confirmation from the hotel. I had to wait at the airport for 2 hours and then take a taxi.

Breakfast, cleaning, room size. The position is 5 minutes to the tram line. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center.

It is recommended to stay here if you are travelling to Istanbul with your family.

I like the location of hotel near Marmaray train station and located in the residential area. It was easy to go around Istanbul from Marmaray station. The room is very convenience. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Eren Duru. He assisted to arrange the early check-in when I arrived in the early morning and provide good information and recommendation for how to go to places that I asked him.

Food for breakfast is good and delicious. Unfortunately, the kind of food menu is exactly same for every day. The variety of menu is required to be changed/improved for each day.

Clean, big rooms, perfect internet, quite, subway close, supermarket next door

when I checked in, found out that my key-card can open my friends room and the rest of the rooms on the floor. the staff reserved the issue and apologized. Happens

Located on a quiet street. The continental breakfast had enough choices. The staff was welcoming. A late check-in was possible.

The carpet in the room definitely needs to be change, it was really dirty. The bed was too soft and very noisy every time you moved a little bit.

Nice family hotel with very good connectivity to Istanbul city

Location, room comfort, free water bottle at breakfast 😊, eateries nearby, Marmaray Ataköy 8min walk and more

Breakfast may improve a bit, pls put an Espresso/Cappuccino machine, room gets crowded in late breakfast hours, a small play area for kids will be a good add on
