La Ubicación, las instalaciones (si fueran bien limpias seria genial)

La limpieza deficiente y escasa, hay q Reclamar y sacar fotos para que te presten atencion. E insistir para q limpien. Las sábanas y toallas muy gastadas No habia pan de queso, ni manteca, ni requesom en el desayuno, por esa razón no me gustó tuve q comprar todos los días el pan de queso y el requesom del super. No me volvería a hospedar en esta red de hoteles y tampoco recomiendo.

Boa localização, limpeza e conforto

A equipe é simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã tem muitas variedades e sempre tudo novo e gostoso.

O cômodo do chuveiro é uma cabine separada e possui uma porta de vidro, que mesmo translúcido, é desconfortável para você tomar banho, ainda mais quando está divido o quarto com amigos.

falta de higiene no quarto. assustada que não trocam os lençóis, foi reutilizado! havia cabelos e migalhas. nojo. o banheiro com vaso sanitario é isolado e claustrofobico, alem de cheirar bem mal e tb nao estava higienizado.

Maravilhosa

Acomodação, organização, limpeza, fora o atendimento ao cliente, tudo maravilhoso! Inclusive quero elogiar o recepcionista Charlles e a dupla dele que estavam de plantão no meu último dia de estadia (29/10), foram extremante educados e solícitos! Me ajudaram até colocar a bagagem no uber, amei o atendimento deles em específico.

Ótimo lugar. Ótimo custo-benefício. Ótimo para família ou solteiro(a)

Ótimo atendimento que ocorreu desde a chegada até a saída, principalmente, pelo Lucas e o Elves. Ótima localização (próximo a supermercados, academias, farmácias, bares e restaurantes, estacionamento e áreas de lazer). Quarto muito limpo com tudo funcionando em perfeito estado - Aptº 1.205.

Particularmente não há nada a reclamar, porém segue uma sugestão: O hotel poderia fazer parceria com alguma das academias localizadas na mesma rua, vez que o mesmo NÃO oferece este serviço. (NOTA: Há uma academia logo em frente ao hotel). O mesmo vale para os locais de estacionamento privado.

Bad staff, no hot water. Waiting in lines for 15 minutes for simple things.

Staff extremely slow and uninterested. The hotels key system was out of service so you had to go to the reception and wait 10 minutes for someone to help you open the door of your room. The second day there was no hot water. The staff seems uninterested solving the problems with the key system nor do they warn their customers doing their check ins.

There was no AC adaptor and couldn't charge my smartphone. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

perfect stay to explore Rio

Stayed 10 days to teach a course at the State University & to do some site visits. The hotel was great - rooms small but comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic (my daughter is vegetarian and enjoyed it too). Nice coffee. A couple of minutes away you find a health shop with amazing Açai smoothies to sit in, supermarkets, bars, cafes, gyms. The beach and Marina (for boat tours) and old city are in walking distance. It was quiet at night. Lapa is a bit poorer than other parts in Rio (hence the cheaper price) but if you have your wits about you, it didn’t feel less safe than anywhere else we visited. Great bus connections to south or north. The staff are always keen to help and friendly.

Disappointing

The only great things was the super kind staff, a nice breakfast and the position.

Air conditioned was broken and we said to them but nothing changed. Only two people speak English. They asked us 100 rs for a 2 h earlier check-in, but by the chat they said us to come.

Good for one night, close to Sambodromo

We have chosen this hotel to be close to Sambodromo (due to Rio Carnival). Apart from this the location wasn’t very nice, however it wasn’t unsafe as there were plenty of police on the streets. It is clean. Beds are comfortable. Tasty fruits for breakfast and helpful staff. Good for one night.

Very long check-in, as receptionists are nice but not the fastest ones and seems not to care about waiting people… Breakfast (apart from fruits) is not tasty - very basic, meaty and fried. Even the coffee wasn’t very good. Hotel is old - renovation would be helpful.

Nothing, really. I just hope you pay staff well

I liked the staff, very kind and attentive. You can tell they're really trying to do their best.

However, the hotel is fair. In comparison with other hotels around the area, it is pretty awful. On the reservation page, they give you a nice and affordable option, but when you get to the place, the promotional room has no air conditioning. In summertime Rio. You have got to be kidding, you offer an option wo air conditioning. It'd be the same as going to the North Pole wo heating. This was not nice. I felt cheated of my choices. I could've gone to a much nicer place for the price of the upgrade I had to buy in order to have air conditioning. Awful tactic. It felt like a lie. Would not return

The worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

Breakfast was nice. Some staff were nice ( but language was a barrier to resolving issues).

We did not like the sanitary conditions of the room (blood stains on bedsheets and dirty drapes touching bed),the see through drapes so no privacy- other rooms could see straight into ours, no air conditioning as advertised, repeated trouble with room keys, no remote and then old batteries placed in the remote, and then no use of TV at all for multiple hours due to intermittent signal with multiple attempts asking them to fix it.Language barrier was quite a problem so we gave up trying to get them to fix it, so we had no use of TV. Then in the morning 50 feet from hotel entrance my son was grabbed with demands for money. When we ran away from him, he followed us up to the door. Instead of seeing Rio as planned we decided to go to the airport for the rest of the day out of fear. The photos are of just the room.
