A good and comfortable accommodation in a quiet surrounding for a family or for a group of friends.

The space partition, the furniture and the interior setting are quite simple but attractive and comfortable.

The hot water shower system doesn't function as expected. It deserves improvement. The gas flow and the water flow control should be repaired or improved to allow a decent shower..

Banyak villa/bungalaw yg tidak terurus lagi,pertama kali datang,malam2,feel creepy.kolam renang tidak termasuk fasilitas penyewa, harus bayar lgi...so sad

The great place for your family stay in Cipanas

OMG this villa very big with 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom which very clean n provide modern furniture n very modern dinning table with complete equipment (microwave, plate, bowl, glass). The bed cover is very comfy, the blanket n towel is provided very clean like you stay in hotel. Thanks so much for the owner bcoz we can early check in and please kept this modern facility till future.

Wifi can't use, it connected but no internet. Dandy said is due to provider has internet issue. The main bathroom need to renovate coz we can't use bath tub and waterheater not working. The mic also not working as well, so we can't enjoy the entertainment. This villa is perfect if there is private swimming pool. Bcoz currently the pool is for public and not so close with the villa.

It’s not easy to get there from the main gate. Without guide there is a possibility of getting lost

Big and comfy

All the equipment complete, building in good condition, you can also wash n hanging your laundry, no need to bring extra clothes.

Too many stairs and no sign, dangerous when you just came and not yet familliar with stairs location. Kindly add some safety sign, such as yellow tape.

Too many leveling on ground floor so it's a bit problem for elder people. The water heater in the bathroom on the upper floor was difficult to turn on. The microwave was not working.

Loved the huge, comfortable house. We stayed there for 2 nights, the house was really clean with complete set of cooking and dining utensil. The beds were nice, hot water work well in most of the bathrooms., there's one bathroom upstair the hot water didn't work properly.

Unfortunately, the microwave didn't work properly, and the oven plate was dirty, seemed it hasn't been cleaned by the previous guest.

It's a nice relaxing place to stay when the neighbor is not doing karaoke

A very spacious house and we love the rooms without walls or partitions- suitable for families to hang out. Beds are good. Garden is nicely maintained even though we did find plastics in the flowers. Staff is nice. Pre-arrival info was very good.

The house is just old, especially the bathroom and "dirty" kitchen what Indonesians called the 2nd kitchen has old equipments and they were small cockroaches there. Hard not to find them in Indonesia though..

Good villa, but ....

The villa is quite big and suitable for big family There are two kitchens, Indonesian usually call them 'clean kitchen' and 'dirty kitchen. You normally prepare beverages and snacks in clean kitchen and do the cooking in dirty kitchen. This is quite handy for us. Washing machine is available. Friendly, flexible and helpful staff

In booking.com, the swimming pool is included in the price of the villa, but unfortunately we have to pay for it. We contacted the owner asking about it and the owner said that we need to contact her first, before going to the pool and this arrangement is free for 4 people only. Since that information is not written in booking.com, currently we are trying to refund the swimming pool cost via booking.com. Until today, we are still waiting the result. We had to clean water cooker, microwave (very dirty), before we can use them. The microwave doesn't work. Bath rooms don't work smoothly, however we still can manage them. Wifi was down during our stay, the staff replaced it with a prepaid internet bundle with limited quota. We need to call and wait the staff to top-up the quota, if the quota runs out.
