Awesome experience

The apartment was spotless clean. The lady at the reception was great…she helped us with dinner reservation and answered all our queries. This was our second trip to Moser apartments ..we will go back for sure. The location is perfect, quiet area but close to the center …there is a big supermarket close if you want to grab something. The swimming is not busy at all we were the only guests on Friday afternoon in the spa area , so we had it just for us for 2 hours :)

Low quality mattresses ☹️

I liked the size of the room's and the modern furniture. The size of the smart TV was great, but a little to close to the couch. The fact that the apartment have two bathrooms.

I didn't expect to find so low quality mattresses in both bedrooms , we slept very bad for three nights and when we decided to go to the pool to have some fun we find the water very cold and only natural light coming inside, no other lights. Another thing was the parking spot that we payed 10 per day and we received a number to park and the next day we found another car parked on our place. The reception guy was trying to tell me to park very far away from our apartment and we was having a child and trolleys to brind to the room. Finally he told me to park on the disabled spot next to our place , thing that I didn't was very happy. I not recommend to stay for long periods!!

comfortable apartment, we had even salt, tea and coffee. we chose it because of sauna and pool. close to it nice playground, commercial centre, hypermarket and Moser glass museum ( on foot all is 5 min)

swimming pool was too cool, hard to enter even after sauna. parking cost 10 euro per night, could be cheaper, in the center of Carlovy Vary the same price per day.

Very disappointing

A big apartment with 2 toilets

Very old and basic furniture and kitchen equipment. Old and thin towels (some of them were with holes)- any additional towel cost 2 euros! Very dirty windows with spider webs. A lot of flies and mosquitoes in the sink, bath and ceilings especially when turning on the lights - and in the morning you find thousands of them everywhere! Basically everything looks neglected.

The apartment was exceptional Best place in Karlovevary

The apartment was exceptional, clean and nearly new. Location is 1.5 mile from centre, We drove to the centre of town we didn't walk so can't tell how the walk was. Two shopping malls are within walking distance. Parking is secure for 10 euro a day. However outside free parking is available. The swimming pool is outstanding and the facilities of the health centre are really clean. No AC for the hot summer months but central heating was available and working, the only thing that is lacking is fly screens, to stop insects flying in when windows are open

Really quiet, clean, easy access nice apartment but the mattresses are terrible, very stiff, and uncomfortable. The couch is comfier than the beds :) The pool was great so was the sauna , very clean and convenient. Otherwise, a nice, pleasant stay and we will most likely come back at some point (if new mattresses appear:)

Perfect stay

The best place in Karlovy Vary to stay for a long term. Very good experience from this place.

The WiFi could be better because now it’s too slow. Parking costs an extra 10€ per day, it should be included in the booking price already.

Perfect stay

Free swimming pool, sauna and gym. Very nice apartment and comfortable bed. I will come back here.

The parking is 10EUR/day. It could be free of charge if I have a booking. One evening there was no hot water. I missed some stuff that often is being left in apartments: sugar, oil, spices... No dishwasher and no washing machine.

Spa center inside the premises 20 min walk to the city center 5 - 7 min drive to different commercial centers (Globus, Tesco, Lidl) Wheelchair access to the apartment & around the premises I also found a HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the LCD TV

It is resedential apartments not hotel apartment, so, no room service whatsoever. Pointless fitness center. Bed sheets need to be more clean.

Swimming pool, very near bus station to get to the center without using a car (avoiding problems with parking), possible to use a bike around the accomodation, to visit castle LOKET - beautifull - very near, the cableway to DIANA view - to nice view for all Karlovy Vary, shopping center near to accomodation !!

Pool, fitness area, size of the apartment. Lot’s of outdoor activities close by.

Cheap furniture, no washing machine, no ac, no fans instead. Some light bulbs had cold light. Very busy streets and highway nearby and constantly sirens going on, since there is a fire station and police station near by. Parking 10 EUR per day, so we ended up leaving the car outside the facility.

Everything is great...considering that the hotel is still in finishing process. There are a few details that I believe will be dismissed and I strongly recommend this place for a great family holiday!

Incredibly clean, but make sure your wifi works!

The pool was great, the apartment was very clean and spacious and everything was immaculate.

The wifi didn't work for our room. The password was wrong and even after calling the reception, they didn't fix it. Therefore we had to use our own mobile to operate the smart tv and use a ton of data. Also when I turned on the bathroom light at night it blew the fuse box.
