Good value for money.

Breakfast was good and room clean.

Air conditioning was not working very fast. Location of hotel was not so easy to find and access to mass transportation was not best possible.

The room was spacious.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were spider webs inside. The shower was filthy, I wore my flip flops whilst showering.

Pleasant

Clean accomodation,optimal hot water and air conditioner.

The location is not for someone who like to do actity in downtown area and around because if you riding some grabcar would spend yoi about 200 baht per trip plus there are no public transportation nearby which can be reached by walk. Limited food station but it still have lawson and 7 eleven which can be reached by walk around minuted long. The staff very limited with their english and dont promote friendly gesture as we walk through the receiptionist.

As always a very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in the bedroom quite a few times and this was our first return since prior to covid. The service was excellent, staff very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathrooms, while small are lovely and clean. Great place that is obviously popular.

The charge of 100bht per hour for early checkin.

Unbeatable price + friendly staffs + acceptable hardware

Friendly and helpful staffs who sent me to the hospital because there is no ambulance available at that time. Price is super cheap. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The bathroom smells a bit. The tissue papers are thin. The room I stayed somehow looks different than the image shown here, can be because i stayed in a different building. Room isn't that sound proof.

I would like to give a 8.4 star rating.

Room size was ok. Air condition was quite until middle loud. The price is cheap for what you get.

The building opposite could see directly in your room. It was only around 5-7 meter away so you must close the curtain. Restaurant was only open from 6pm. It is not a 4 star hotel what is written in Booking.com. Only a 3 star without a swimming pool. They had a price list for washing the bed sheets. Usually it is a part of the hotel service to change the bed sheets and pillow cover.

The double bed is two single beds put together which leaves a very uncomfortable gap between the beds where they join.

Nice place if you don't really care about the area

The room was very spacious - I could keep my three suitcases open on the floor and there was still plenty of room. The bed was huge, it could easily fit 5 people I think. There was a nice desk to work at. They give you 2 bottles of water and 1 roll of toilet paper per day (the staff leaves it in a plastic bag outside your room). No problems with hot water. 7\11 supermarket and street food within 5 minutes by foot. Around 180 baht for a taxi ride downtown (but can take more than an hour). Motorbike is a bit cheaper and quicker (150 baht, 30 min).

The hotel is in a remote area, sometimes it took more than 10 minutes for a taxi to arrive. As for the room - the only thing missing is a lamp near the bed or at least a switch for the upper light. You have to go to the entrance to turn on\off the lights, that's inconvenient. The walls were a bit too thin. I could hear TV playing in the next room at 3 am and couldn't sleep (I knocked on the wall and they switched it off).

AWESOME!

What you see is what you get. :) the price is reasonable and the staff are able to book my desired room number. :) and they are very accommodating on any request. I did not ask for cleaning but they have given me my daily complimentary drinks, plastic trash and tissue paper. they never missed!

Is it far from the train. the nearest is lad prao station. take grab bike if you are traveling solo, it costs below 100 baht.

I booked for king bed room, but the actual room was like moving two single twin beds closed together?

Outside looks clean. Location is not hard to find.

It was noisy sometimes at night, sound of big bikes passing by the rear road and the room upstair moved/scratched chairs on the floor. Bedding sheets do not properly lined up. It’s wrinkled just like used sheets.
