Great place if you want to explore the island and have a peaceful place for the night

The Owner was as helpful as you could imagine, rooms were cleaned every day and all the requests were heard and applied, very comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood despite the fact it was 5 min to Argasi center and 3 min to private beach. Great if you rent a car to see whole island.

Eccezionale, mi sono trovato benissimo

Gestore accogliente, si mette a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza e appena arrivato mi ha spiegato tutti i posti da vedere nell’isola aiutandomi tantissimo. La pulizia è ottima e viene effettuata una volta al giorno. Posizione ottima, se si affitta una macchina o un qualsiasi altro mezzo si possono raggiungere le spiagge più belle e rinomate dell’isola in pochissimi minuti. Consigliatissimo!!

Unica nota negativa ma non troppo forse è che è un po’ rumorosa

Soggiorno piacevole

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l'isola. Denis e la sua mamma sono stati gentilissimi. Ogni giorno ci facevano trovare la camera pulitissima. Il letto molto comodo. Shampoo e bagnoschiuma forniti per tutta la settimana . Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni 2 giorni e bottiglia di vino omaggio a metà settimana. In cucina abbiamo trovato anche la moka.

Great location, I definitely recommend it.

Cleaned everyday except sunday. Airco that works well and has different settings. Water in the fridge when we arrived. Plenty of storage, a comfortable bed and close to shops and restaurants. A good free parking spot for your rental is also available! Owner Dennis was also very friendly!

Only the shower could use some improvement. There was no possibility to properly hang the showerhead, instead you had to hold it. Wasn’t a great inconvenience but just adds that tiny bit of extra comfort.

Great location, the room had everything we needed. There are also kitchen appliances so you can make a quick meal/ breakfast in. Could use a TV as they had none. Room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Hosts very friendly, I would go back again. Recommended!

The property is located on a quiet street but at the same time close to the center of the town. The host is a real help. solves immediately and gets involved in any situation.

We stayed in Theodora Studios at the beginning of August 2023. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It is an ideal place to wander around the island because you can easily reach most of the landmarks of Zakynthos from there. But the best part was definitely Dennis, the owner of Theodora Studios. He is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. When we arrived, he asked us if we needed advice about places and areas to visit in Zakynthos and we immediately said yes. He gave us an accurate description of the main areas we could visit and activities we could do during our stay. He also explained the different options we could choose from (i.e different kind of boat trips, different kind of beaches we could go to). We had already planned a few things to do but he gave us such invaluable insights! On our last full day in Zakynthos, we needed cortisone and we asked Dennis if, by any chance, he happened to have it at home. Not only did he provide us with the medicine, but he went to the pharmacy and bought it himself. He really is such a kind person. Moreover, he was always around, so you could always count on him if you needed anything. But, at the same time, he was also extremely discreet, so you didn’t feel any pressure at all. I highly recommend Theodora Studios if you plan to stay in Zakynthos, it will be very relaxing and pleasant!

Theodora studio is very clean and comfortable. They clean it everyday, bedsheet is very clean, as clean as 5 stars hotel’s. Location is great, there are couples of good restaurants within 5 mins walking. Dennis is a kind and friendly owner, everything he recommended was useful. He is very kind, he even helped to feed a street kitten. Will recommend this studio to my friends who like to stay in Zante. Wish Dennis, his family, and the kitten all the best!

We had a great time at Theodora Studios, with the host, Dennis, being very hospitable and always at the ready to help out or provide advice. From the start Dennis will give you a list of recommendations, all of which hit the mark. The rooms are kept very clean, with fresh towels and bedding being provide frequently. The location is great, being so close to the main town Zante, and also very close to some of the best beaches on the island. There is plenty of parking space in the hotel, which in an island like Zakynthos is pretty valuable. We would definately return and stay here again, both of us were extremely charmed by the place, the kindness and helpfullness of the hosts.

Wonderful people in a newly renovated apartment in a comfortable location for trips around the island

The friendly hosts and the value for money property. In a very convenient location where you will be about 15 minutes from the center of the island.

Nothing in particular. Everything was perfect. Maybe if I had to consider something as a negative it would be the bugs and the diversity of geckos OUTSIDE of the apartment. However since there is nature all around the property there is not a lot that could be done about it.

A lovely staying in Argassi

During our stay at Theodora Studios we really felt at home. The apartment was really nice and cozy, 5 minutes far from Argassi city center. Dennis was very welcoming, it is rare to find such kindness nowadays. We really hope to go there again another time !

We felt great at Theodora studios

The place is spotless: very clean, close to tavernas and supermarkets, close to attractions. You can go wherever you want and explore the island easily by car. The host is welcoming and attentive. I have rarely seen such an attentive and focused on the client’s needs host as Dennis. It s my second time here and my stay was at least as pleasant as the first time.

Dennis is amazing! He facilitated my journey from the airport to his property and from his property to the ferry. He provided a map with suggestions of places to and to eat at. The room was clean with a beautiful balcony that included a drying rack. The bed was comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful!

I absolutely recommend Theodora studios! It is such a lovely place. It is close to the beach (5 minutes) but it is situated in a very calm and quiet part of Argasi. The apartment was always super clean and smelled so good every time we came back. Even the faucets were always shiny! We were really happy with our choice. The owners are really nice people, always happy to help and give advice. I cannot praise Theodora Studios enough. (Argasi is probably the best place to stay on Zakynthos - you can eat in a different taverna every day and try a lot of different bars. There is also a lot of shops.)

Dennis and his mom were the best hosts who I've ever met. When we arrived he takes the time to explained us everything about the island and the most beautiful and important things to do during our stay. They clean every day the studio, which is beautiful, fully equipped with a small kitchenette, in a really quiet and strategic area. Dennis is so kind and available for all your request, he answered all our doubts in the moment and he even help us with a rush when we were already leaving in the airport. I'd like to leave more than 5 stars with this review, but be sure is the best place to stay in Zakyhntos without any doubt 🙂

Amazing time at Theodora Studios

The room was cozy and had everything we needed. Huge double bed, small kitchen (ish), bathroom and ac that literally saved us from the heat. The rooms were cleaned regularly. Dennis and his mother are amazing people ready to help. The location is quiet at night so we could sleep peacefully.

The place is very nice and the host too. very comfortable bed well equipped Good location, Argasi is a great region to stay. We were afraid (thinking that it would be better to stay in Zakynthos Town) but the choice was right. Zakynthos Town traffic is a mess, slow, it sucks to get in or out.

The shower is terrible. The shower heats and cools of its own accord. the shock shower The shower is a handheld showerhead and taking a shower holding it on top of your head is terrible The shower bothered us a lot, could improve Wi-Fi slow or offline during the day, it's ok at dawn or very early in the morning. The Wi-Fi at the nearby restaurant worked well and we were going to eat there to use it. Floor cleaning left something to be desired

Very good location for exploring the island, walking distance from Zante town. Dennis, the host, is a wonderful guide and is too kind. The room was very clean. The bed linens were changed every fourth day, and the towels were changed every other day. We used the kitchen every day and the AC is working just fine. We received a bottle of wine as well as the cutest balcony of them all. I would highly recommend this place!
