online Codierung des Zimmerschlüssel verbesserungsfähig

Einchecken online war problemlos. Garage direkt zwischen beiden Hotels ist Super. Das Restaurant kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Die Schlüsselcodierung mit Self-Check-in hat am Terminal nicht funktioniert. Eine freundliche Dame vom Restaurant hat uns die Schlüssel dann am PC freigegeben.

Super Hotel!

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und auch nett. Da wir früh los musste, wurde das Frühstück extra früher für uns geöffnet, sodass wir noch was essen konnten, bevor wir los sind. Super! :)

Waste of time

The facilities are clean and tidy.

It took a long time to check in. There are two machines, but one is broken. The other one takes a very long time and is not authenticated in the end. The staff disappeared somewhere as soon as the customer arrived. I called the inquiry center as a customer who was in line, but they only said they didn't know. I was told to wait on the phone because they would check, but the call was cut off. After an hour and a half, the staff who had gone somewhere returned and I was finally able to check in. There was no apology or anything. I want my time and money back.

convenient. restaurant was lovely but bit pricey

clean, quiet, comfortable

the automatic self check in is difficult if you had internet/phone issues. I did not see the free wifi note till my 5th attempt at getting in. without a phone I would have been unable to access the building… there is the option to do this ahead of time but I did it early( so that did make it easier) but forgot to finalise before arrival. very few staff and no information in the room also made it feel isolated

Luxury hotel, more of a 4 starts experience.

I booked there because of the reviews on the restaurant, it didn't disappoint at all. Very luxurious installations for a 3 stars hotel. More of a 4 stars. Very new and clean. Only in a few details you get a lower rating, (see 'what I did not like').

Nothing really bad... Comfortable bed although not so robust ( you will feel any movement of your partner), breakfasts was compleet and decent but nothing special... yet, for a 3 stars hotel, it is more than fair. Tip, take picture of your room details during the automatic check-in so you will not miss the number of your room since it will not be recover in your email or anywhere else, (as far as I know).

Excellent Stay!!

The hotel access is completely digital. Could be confusing at first, but then you find it very easy. The rooms area really modern and clean. The location is in an industrial area, but with good options for restaurants. No problem with parking. The buffet breakfast was also very good

Modern and Comfortable 1night stay hotel!

New, modern, comfortable, great room size and view. The hotel is 10 minutes from downtown, so if you want to visit the region you need to have a car. Excellent option for 1 night stay!

The shower wets the entire bathroom. Need to put a glass, so it doesn't wet the whole bathroom and we don't need to waste towels to dry the floor. This is my only feedback because the hotel is great!

The room was very nice and the waiter in the evening was friendly and was a good host

The check-in and check-out was ridiculous no company letterhead possible to add to the bill could not pay in the evening had to pay in the morning with the boss that was not there in the morning...... Breakfast was ok but not ready by 6:30 am

dont think Booking this the hotel Value for money which you pay , hotel is beautiful but no facilit

there was no tea or coffee , fridge inside the room

I loved the deign and interior of entire hotel. Hotel is new , well maintained , i loved the over all hotel including room and restaurant. breakfast was fantastic :-) . All customers faces were happy
