Overall the stay wasn’t as bad, however they took my deposit and have not given it back it’s nearly a month!

Horrible.

I did not like anything about the place. If anything, it was the double bed in the room that I liked.

We were greeted with a horrible smell around the reception area, the rooms and facilities were dirty with evidence of previous users still there like bed stains, dirty toilet, hair, cigarette and used cups. There were cobwebs and dusts everywhere, dirty sinks and counter tops. I couldn't take a shower nor eat there because of the dirt and smells. Thankfully we were out till late and got in tired, had to hurry out the next morning. Oh and they take a £50 holding deposit after charging a rediculous amount for the rooms.

Very rude person on check out point. No water no kettle in the room. Toilet was out from the living unit.

What I liked about the hotel, was all about the outside of it. The location is really good, near to amenities, shops and restaurants, the delivery came really quick. The train station is not too far from there also.

I was charged twice in my card, because I chose to do everything from Booking app. When I get in the hotel I was charged once again even after say that I did everything from the app, I’m still waiting for the refund. They never try to help when facing a problem. I wouldn’t come back, and wouldn’t recommend. One of the worst experiences I had with hotels, unfortunately.

They treat you like you are staying for free.. Did not like anything. Not clean, no breakfast, they just keep some bread. No support. were noisy you can not sleep. Not worth for the money you pay. Please keep 0 option to rate.

our stay at the property has been an awful experience and I never want to return

The Property was not as expected

The property was not at the location, we were sent to a different place and not told until we arrived, the member of staff had no clue of what to do and when questions asked , the story kept changing. The property smelt damp and was cold and very dirty, the lock to the bathroom fell to pieces with my son locked in , he was screaming to get out, he has been traumatised by the whole experience

The place is small bathroom is across the tard like in the 1930's.. and is freezing cold..

Everything was terrible the power to the sockets was off when I turned up. The room was freezing cold. Towels felt like they were made from sand paper. Bathroom was across the yard and had to be shared with 5 others.

Overpriced for this dump!

I didn’t like anything about this place! I was terrified the whole night of people breaking in or bugs biting me. Bathroom was outside and didn’t dare go there with out my son keeping an eye on me. So, so sketchy!

The place was so sketchy! The deposit I am sure is a scam and was a surprise to me. The bed was so hard and stiff and even using 2 pillows my head was still layed flat on the bed because the pillows are so thin. I didn’t like the location. I didn’t like I had to leave my room to and go outside to the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. I did not get any rest because I was terrified all night. We left very early in the morning. Didn’t even take a look at breakfast judging on the room.

poor rude staff was asked fill out detail give a deposit then told this was not hotel we were staying at given card and told go there no question if we had transport as this next hotel was like 2 miles away go to Britannia inn to find room was not clean left came back at 3 pm to find it still dirty refused to stay and went to another hotel have requested refund
