One for the books!

Numerous! 1. Smooth check-in and check-out 2. Clean and spacious room filled with kitchen equipment and drinking water in dispenser provided more than enough for 3 days 3. Lots of activities to choose from and enjoy 4. Friendly and accommodating staff and service crews Most of all, I had the nicest interaction with Ms. Mae who gave us comprehensive details and information pre and during stay. Our family had a lovely and memorable stay at their property in Pico de Loro.

Exhausting traffic along Cavite stretch but I must say, Pico is definitely worth a visit.

We were allowed to check in early as it was fortunate that there were no guests before us.

Everything is great except the lock at the main door was a bit difficult to open and close.

I feel safe, we can walk on the side of the lagoon even at night.

I like the property and facilities are very good. It’s so easy to go around the property and the amenities are good. The guards are very helpful they can assist you to get a shuttle.

Limited trolley in the building during check out.

This is the 2nd time at Pico Deloro. The 1st time was year 2017 with my husband and daughter. we stayed at Pico sand hotel. It was good that is why I brought the whole for outing. Now? What I didn't like this 2nd adventure was the accomodation/reception in the place. When we got checking in, the lady caretaker incharged was wrongfully computed our registration fees which overcharged me for payment. (1,360. 00 pesos). The good thing is, the receptionist re- computed computed rightfully. Thanks for that. Since the receptionist already charged the payment in my debit card so the lady caretaker of the condos pay me back in cash. For the units/condos we stayed, I payed a lot for 4 units, thats fine, but what I was expecting was good and clean facilities. But it's units are so bad. One unit TV is not working,(thanks they fixed it) other unit heater in the shower room is not working,( my children have to go to our room to take shower there.) My husband and I unit was disgusting cockroach 🪳 in the room saw in my coffee crawling eeooww! I texted the caretakers asking for some complaints very late relpy. Until we checked out the heater in the shower did not fix it. So I will never go back to this place again.

We like the view. It is really very nice for families to spend time together. The facilities are very nice and well maintained too. Overall feel of the resort is amazing and we will definitely come back.

No wifi when we stayed. It was in the middle of getting upgraded. Otherwise all are fine as there are connections in public areas.

Very poor

Room was tiny, not big enough for 4 people and no WiFi in the room. Registration fee was very expensive as was the food and facilities. Only half the beach could be used by visitors.

No WiFi in room and much too small. Only 2 chairs were there and they were on the balcony, vert uncomfortable.

no towels as we traveled from Australia so are limited on what we can bring also people need to be told you need a car to get food at shops in town as there is no food shop in resort Wi-Fi never worked the room we had wasn’t totally clean and the bathroom smelled we brand cash but everything was pay by card we understand stand there are rules for Covid but you had to wear a mask on the shuttles but not in the elevator and the shuttles where not regularly whipped down so I didn’t understand the wearing of a mask on shuttles especially on the open ones and the fact that apart of the resort is closed to members it’s a resort not a club and it was an absolute nightmare to get picked up by someone because of security it made it like a jail

Very nice place, we loved the beach, the pool, and the nature surrounding us during our stay there..Everyone greeted us, superlike the free shuttle to bright you to one place to another. In our apartment everything felt like our home..we can cook our meals inside, truly the kitchen was fullyfunctional..there was hot and cold water in the shower..

But in our 1st night Wifi was broken, also data signal was bad to none, for our 2nd night we were able to used our data already, but the cable Tv that time didnt have a connection.
