A well deserved break.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Beach is a 15min walk.

Please was beautiful and clean my family and I enjoyed our stay there especially my 3 year old. Yhr staff were caring and offered my.to shower in another room when the hot water in our room ran out.

The pool was not clean. Even though it's winter, the weather was warm, and it would have been nice to dip our fit in it.

Staff was friendly

The decor is a bit dated and in need of a revamp. Bathroom needs a towel hook and the sprayer was leaking. Kitchen facilities needs to be updated. The traffic noise in the morning was a bit disturbing.

I like the fact that we had private parking on the property. Compliments to the chef as well, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful to our every need. I would definitely visit again.

On the app, I booked the accommodation, and it said that I booked a Superior Double room. However,this Superior Double room looked more like a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. As my husband and I were the only ones booked in, the staff in charge was friendly enough to give us a room suitable for a couple facing the garden, which was very beautiful. Unfortunately the pool was also dirty and we couldn't swim, but it was explained to us that it was due to the electrical trip that occurred just before we arrived.

Good hospitality of the Receptionist and the chef.

The room had bad carpet smell, no fresh cleanliness odour.. From midnight the electricity was not available and the room became extremely dark n the wifi would not work during the outage.. There was no fan available Breakfast was very very basic and low standard The surrounding yard lacks good maintenance

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very affordable, nice for a 1 night stopover in PE but no good for a holiday, that you can leave for their sister property, KWANTU

Not well maintained, curtains dirty, carpets dirty, no Aircon, no generator, which I think is a must in a 4 star property in today's times. staff need proper training , or like every other business, without the right staff the business's collapse. breakfast basic and mediocre, pool was green, gardens unkempt and untidy. Linen very poor quality, towels poor quality, however the soap and shampoo given was great. The coffee tray had 2 sachets of coffee and 2 sachets of sugar,lol, crazy.

Highly recommended place for Muslim travellers

The staff were extremely friendly and went beyond our expectations. Our every request was met. For example I had asked to borrow a charger for my iPhone and even though none of the staff had an iPhone they still managed to get a charger for me to use. The breakfast that was offered was exceptional. Food was delicious and freshly prepared by the chef according to how you would like it made. That little extras here and there is what makes this place remarkably memorable.

Even though our stay was really good, the one thing that I didn't like was that the place outside lacked brightness at night. We had gone out and returned late at night and it was abit difficult to see where we were walking to get to our room through the entrance by the pool so if they added more lighting to that area would be a great idea.

Overall very good. Staff very helpful and respectful.

The lack of wifi signal in the room across from the pool. I suggest a wifi range extender to overcome future issues. We had to move to the lounge or kitchen area to get signal to keep my kids occupied for a short period.
