Very good

Lovely hostess, very clean and comfortable rooms and on site parking. Only a 15 minute drive from one of the many park and ride sites. We would definitely stay again 😊

The room was super clean! I've stayed in quite a few guest houses across the UK, and this was definitely a winner in terms of cleanliness, its hosts obviously do a great job maintaining the premises. And it was really cosy!

Good location, naff carpet in the bathroom!

The hotel is quiet and generally clean. Location is great and room was a reasonable price.

The room I stayed in had carpet in the shower room. I found this not only dated, but also off putting as you don't know what has been spilt on it. The television did not work but as I was only staying for one night I didn't ask the management to fix it. Also, there was a fridge but it did not appear to be plugged in. The hallways smelled of cooked food, not awful but not all that nice either. As I said, location is great, and I'm assuming that's why the owners have not updated the interiors because Cambridge lacks choice for affordable hotels!

Very clean room: it was an nice touch to have the room made up and fresh towels supplied during the day. The room was very quiet - not even any noise from televisions

The room was very small - a bit more space, and a chair would have been welcome. As such it did seem a bit overpriced, particularly s there was no breakfast included - but I do realise this was because I made a last minute booking, and advanced booking would have been cheaper

A short but pleasant stay,would definately book again.

We only stayed for one night, and arrived early at the property. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, drop our bags off and freshen up.The room was spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay.The host even provided a corkscrew for the bottle of wine that we purchased. The location was perfect, close to shops,bars,cafes, takeaways and pubs.

I don't think it could be improved on.

A typical English house in a great position, just few minutes walking from the train station and the city center. The room was very clean and cosy and the host very kind. We absolutely recommend this place!!!

Perfect, perfect, everything was perfect Very welcoming and caring host. Room and building beautiful, just like on pictures. Everything was super clean. Check in and check out super easy. Really comfy bed, quiet, bright room. Yes, no breakfast is available but there's tea, coffee, creamer, cookies, so you'll be more than fine. And also there's a fridge, so you can stack up on the goodies. It was also an incredible value for money. I wish all the hotels were like this. Thank you!

Cosy and warm room with all the necessary bits and bobs for a comfortable stay. I had to rebook my stay because of a close encounter of the covid kind, and am very grateful to the owners for being so flexible and immediately helping me rebook the room for another week!

Excellent stop over for a night in Cambridge, would definitely stay again.

Excellent welcome. The room was spotless. Met out needs for one night. The free parking was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Would have preferred a duvet instead of sheets, but overall the room was warm and clean.

Last minute booking enjoyed our stay and property is well looked after and maintained.

Good location well signed friendly obliging owner and added benefit of car parking facilities. Everywhere clean and tidy just dated.

Would benefit from shelves in bathroom as nowhere to put anything. Also somewhere in shower for soap/ shampoo etc to make them easily accessible would be helpful.
