Great b & b, fab host with a delicious breakfast

Very clean with comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee available in the room. Chris was very welcoming and an exceptional breakfast. Thoroughly recommend for cyclists with secure storage.

Lovely room in a beautiful old building, great host

Lovely accommodation in a very pleasant village. We arrived on foot in pouring rain and the host provided a heated airer for us to dry off our wet clothes and boots - excellent customer service and very much needed. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Breakfast was good too - freshly cooked and decent portions.

Nice location, local pub, great breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower, nice to have a small fridge with fresh milk and water.

Only negative was no coat hangers for jeans/ trousers to hang over

Warm and homely, lovely hosts Enjoyed the spacious super king bed. Goodies to buy from the fridge, lovely garden to stroll in. Parking was excellent. Breakfast variations met with a smile and fulfilled. Lovely experience.

Television sited on the left corner wall. Cricked neck to watch from bed .

Great place to stay!

Friendly chatty staff. Lovely homely accommodation. Good location. Nice garden, although we didn't get time to use it. Great breakfast 😋

Was concerned with previous reviews regarding the venue needing a little TLC. This is somewhat true however it's not a deal breaker and certainly did not impact our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Friendly host. Great location to explore from. Dog friendly (even left treats for dog in the room). Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Catered for my dietary needs with no problem.

Very friendly owner and the breakfast was amazing 😍 the location was just perfect for us. Definitely I would.come back again here.

The pillows were not feather which I have got used to therefore a bit uncomfortable.

Chris the Host was accommodating and very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, and drinks in the room appreciated. Great idea to have a small fridge outside the rooms with cold milk and water. Breakfast choice was great.

Comfortable stay in great location

Really comfortable bed, ideal location for cycling and walking, decent local pub round the Corner. Host was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was really good

Overall, a lovely experience for us and one we would happily recommend to others when visiting IOW.

Owner, Chris, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could wish for. Location was very good with a charming, local pub (The White Horse) providing a super range of home cooked food within walking distance for the evening when we arrived. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with refreshments, TV and good WIFI connection.

We found everything very good and absolutely nothing to be critical of.

Superb hosts, everything was catered for and with a personal touch. quaint village and area, next to a great Inn with awesome food (3 min walk) and themed rooms - we were in Red Squirrel - with decor to match. Super stay! Excellent local homecooked brekkie too!

Great place to stay highly recommended!

We went with friends and particularly liked the fact that we were able to use the garden and entrance lobby to chat and have a drink. great place for 2 couples to stay together.

Nothing was too much for Chris and Kelly. They were very attentive and wanted to ensure our stay met the high standards they set for themselves. They certainly did.

Chris was very welcoming and we very much enjoyed being able to sit in the back garden during our stay. When he saw us heading out there with a picnic he kindly offered us some wine glasses. There were lots of other little extra touches that made a difference - fresh milk for tea/coffee in the fridge and an honesty box for a range of chocolate bars and crisps. Add to that, great breakfasts and a comfortable room - altogether a lovely stay.

Friendly host at cosy BnB, great rooms and good prices with a fab local pub round the corner

Check in was easy, the host Chris was very friendly and gave us great advice on the local pub and transport. The room was clean and cosy with a great en suite. Breakfast was tasty and Chris even helped us dry some clothes in the morning.
