Property composed of main house and outbuilding, outside the resort Roquebrune sur Argens, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the residential district, traffic calmed area, in the countryside. Private: natural garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated, with privacy (12 x 6 m, depth 60 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover and alarm system. Outdoor shower, pool house, terrace (170 m2), barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Roquebrune Village" 2 km, sandy beach "Plage de Saint Aygulf" 15 km pebble beach "Calanque des Louvans" 14 km, lake Lac de l'Arèna 3 km. This is our second visit to this villa as we loved it so much the first time. The villa is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent - you have every possible utensil you could need in the kitchen, the pool is whatever temperature you would like it and there is plenty of seating. The owner is so very accommodating and supportive for anything you need but not intrusive at all, even cleans the pools early mornings so you never see him if you don't wish. We will be back - I hope!

Villa Les Toscanes is an absolutely wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: Location in the peace of nature with amazing view from the terrace and the dining table, a swimming-pool surrounded by a beautiful and exotic garden, enough space for everyone, and everything so clean and welcoming! We really enjoyed our week at the villa and in the Roquebrune-sur-Argens area. We encountered excellent hospitality from the owner of the villa and everywhere. We can warmly recommend & would come back again!

Sehr schöne Villa an toller Lage

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage gleich am Waldrand und ist umgeben von Bäumen und Pflanzen. Die Aussicht von der grosszügigen Terrasse auf Roquebrune-sur-Argens und in die Hügel ist fantastisch! Das Haus ist perfekt mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Hier kann man ruhige und wunderbare Ferientage inmitten der Natur geniessen! Speziell erwähnen möchte ich noch den sehr netten, sympathischen und äusserst hilfsbereiten Besitzer, der jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen zur Verfügung gestanden ist.

A little piece of paradise

We were very anxious about travelling during COVID but the owner was great in reassuring us and assisting before we travelled and when we arrived it was well worth it. The villa is just stunning, the location is amazing, the views are breathtaking and it was so very clean. You had everything you needed there in the villa and everything was well looked after from a door in a door fridge to the latest huge, curved samsung TV. I really could not fault anything and will return we hope!

Wij hebben zeer genoten van ons verblijf in vakantiehuis Villa Les Toscanes. Ons gezin, 2 jongvolwassenen plus aanhang en 2 honden konden ons daar prima vermaken. Alles in en om de villa was top geregeld. Gastheer xxx was ook zeer vriendelijk.
