About this house rental
This gorgeous 3 year old single family house (not a duplex or condo) is perfect for your vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and a set of bunk beds) plus 3 full bathrooms. A huge kitchen with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The great room has a U shaped sectional couch with a chaise lounge. The large dining table seats 8-10 comfortably. All furniture and décor is high end and just stunning to see.
For those who love to enjoy the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have views of the Ocean. A fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grill and dining table which is perfect for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool during the day and then by raising the temperature up, it becomes a spa for you to relax in the evening. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your luggage or supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The house is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bike racks. The famous Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path, playground, and paddle boat rentals. In the summer there is a farmers market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.
You will find the house well stocked and very comfortable! The perfect place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.

This was our first vacation with children, grandchildren and a great grandchild. There were 10 of us and had plenty of space. Everyone had a bed. Perfect location to beach in a quaint neighborhood. Parked 5 cars on property. Beautiful home with all the amentities. The kitchen was very large allowing us to prepare meals. A plus was the elevator that enable my husband with a stroke to get to all floors on his own without stress climbing stairs. I highly recommend staying here.

We were a group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. The house was just perfect--the elevator was an added plus when bringing groceries into the house. Everything was neat and clean and well stocked. The decks were especially nice during the heat of the day. It was so close to the beach; we could come and go easily. The dogs enjoyed walking around the lake also. We really enjoyed the town of Carolina Beach, too. Activities we enjoyed were the Smores bonfire pits at the Pier, trivia night at the brewery, and Neon Mini Golf. This was my first VRBO rental and I couldn't have been happier. Would highly recommend this property! It was a delightful week!

This home is fantastic! So close to everything. Family of 6 with 3 dogs and plenty of room to spare! The home has everything you need and feels very private in the backyard. We easily could walk to the beach and they had plenty of chairs and a beach cart. Home was well stocked with just about everything we needed and the elevator was a must!!
We rented a golf cart and that was such a nice way to get around and there was a plug right in the carport. I will definitely recommend this home. Host is very easy to work with.

Gather together to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. All daughters, son in laws, and grandbabies in the same house all at the same time is a rarity, so having the right house is important. This one definitely checks all the boxes. The pictures accurately reflect what you will see. Comfortable beds, large living and dining space, 3 decks, and the private space in the back yard. The grandbabies couldn't get enough of the SwimSpa. Don't look any further. The owners have delivered an exceptional and memorable experience for my family.

We had a great stay at Tammy’s place to ring in the New Year. She is a most communicative and accommodating host, who keeps a clean well-stocked home for her guests. We found everything we needed and knew just what to expect on supplies from her thorough welcome packet. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, the hot tub was FANTASTIC and the walk to the beach access was quick & easy. We can highly recommend a stay with Tammy!

This home is everything and more for a vacation in Carolina Beach. The online pictures and descriptions are very accurate. It's large, comfy, quiet, very close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and eateries. The kitchen is fully stocked. The backyard is an oasis with a large spa pool. Plenty of parking. We were 6 adults with one small child and everyone had plenty of room/space to work and play. The owner was responsive when needed. We highly recommend this place for your next visit. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and we were super impressed with all the supplies. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tammy was super responsive and even sent a trash pick up reminder which was very helpful. We loved driving on the beach in Fort Fisher and getting ice cream at Fun Times! We will be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful week at the beach with family spending time with our new granddaughter. The layout gave the new parents plenty of room for baby bassinets and other items! The elevator was a life-saver for a family member who just had foot surgery. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the VRBO was magnificent!! The proximity to the beach was a very short distance, our house was sooo beautiful and relaxing! We watched the weekly fireworks from our rooftop patio, and spent countless hours on the screened in porches!! Lovely time!!

We loved our stay here! However, when we arrived we spent the first two hours cleaning due to dirty floors, appliances, and towels. Recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies.
Microwave also broke halfway through our trip so we had to go and buy our own. Also, did not know that dogs were not allowed in the backyard and that construction very close by would start at 7:00 am each morning.
The house is beautiful and is in a great location! Hopefully others will arrive to the home in better condition than we did!

We were pretty frustrated with numerous things during our stay. The “no dogs in backyard” rule was very disappointing, especially considering the backyard was what sold us on the house.
The home was not properly cleaned before we came. There were personal items, trash and confetti left from previous renters all throughout the home. The grill and swim spa were dirty to the point of not being able to use. One shower was clogged so badly it would fill up with several inches of dirty water while using, to the point we had to go out and buy a bottle of Drano. Mold was in most bathrooms/showers.
There was good communication with the owner up until I messaged about the bulk of our frustrations, to which I got no response.
Overall, we feel we did not get even close to our moneys worth. We can understand that you are paying more depending on the location and prime time summer season, but to not meet even the most basic expectation of a clean home is pretty disappointing when paying $6,500.

An absolutely beautiful and well stocked home for my family of 8 (all adults and an infant). Very large and spacious rooms! Loved the open floor plan on top floor where the dining room, kitchen ( with everything you need and then some) and family room where we all hung out for family time 24/7. The balconies were used a lot and enjoyed the views. The Spa? Let’s just say I’m looking into getting one just like it! Amazing!!! We would love to stay there again!!!

Our family loved the house and it's location. The house was very clean and well appointed. The elevator was super helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that we didn't anticipate was that our dogs were not allowed to be in the fenced in backyard - which the fenced area was a big selling point for us when looking at homes to rent. There was a convenient spot to take them out, but they needed to be on leash. Outside of that, it was fantastic.

Overall we had a great time. One note is that the amount of construction noise during the day is not relaxing. My wife and I usually spent the mornings and early afternoon at the house while the kids went to the beach. It was very noisy during the week with at least 4 houses being worked on within a stone’s throw. For the price, I feel that we should have been made aware of the possibility of this noise.

We just returned from Carolina Beach and staying at this wonderful property. Everything was as described! We loved the location and went to the beach each day.
My elderly mom really enjoyed the trip and the Elevator helped so much. She enjoyed hanging out on the incredible decks and my kids loved the roof top deck with views of the ocean and the hot tub. The backyard was a great oasis. We grilled out, enjoyed the hot tub each day and I was even able to teach my kids how to play horseshoes.
The ability to bring our three dogs (our extended family with us) just made the trip special for those walks on the beach in the morning and evening. Thank you Tammy. Just a wonderful vacation!

Our group had a fantastic time! The property was clean and the owners provided clear instructions for how to use the swimspa and other amenities. The kitchen was well stoked, as well. The beach is much closer than you think! We enjoyed the house's proximity to the Greenway, the beach, and the Veggie Wagon. We will be back!

This home is wonderful! Beautifully decorated and felt new. The top level was perfect for our crowd - family of 5 adults plus significant others and a golden retriever. Love the location. Such an easy walk to the public beach. Hot tub is outstanding! Grill was so appreciated. Really wonderful to have a well appointed kitchen with basic necessities. We decided to have a last minute close to home Christmas trip and I am so happy we chose this home for our Christmas!! From the moment we booked the home we had such a fantastic experience! Tammy was such a pleasure to speak with, always being there with a quick and kind response. The home was absolutely beautiful!! We walked into a clean bright home. It was more then well stocked! We wanted to make Christmas cookies for Santa and they had everything we would need for baking. We made a special dinner on Christmas and they had all the spices I forgot ! The home was even decorated for Christmas, complete with a little Christmas tree! The beds were so cozy and clean! The hot tub spa was absolutely amazing !! The kids had the best time playing in it. It was so clean and easy to take care of. There is not one single negative thing I can say about this home and our stay. There is no doubt we will be staying here again!! It is for sure going to be the home I recommend to all of our friends and family that come from out of state to visit us!! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us Tammy!!

A dream getaway for the family over thanksgiving. The house was perfect in size and absolutely gorgeous. Having the elevator for my 93 year old grandma and my dad who just had knee surgery was fantastic. The weather wasn’t great but we had plenty of room inside to hang out. When it was nice the SwimSpa was amazing to have. The backyard space was lovely. I wish we had better weather to have had more opportunities to spend out there. The house had everything you could need. Since we were cooking thanksgiving there we brought a lot of our own kitchen appliances since we weren’t sure what was there or what quality they would be in. They had everything that we had brought with us and it was all in immaculate condition. This house was top notch! Tammy was very helpful with all my questions and was quick to respond. We can’t thank her enough for helping us to make this a memorable family vacation!
