Excellent accommodation, great location, friendly welcome.

The location is excellent, set in a quiet spot in lush green hills within easy reach of the coast. There are lovely views from all the bedrooms either to the front or rear of the property. Our room was a good size with a very large and comfortable. bed. The breakfasts were just right. Our host Shan was friendly and gave us useful suggestions for days out.

Very pleasant stay! Yummy breakfast. Shan is a great host. Would highly recommend.

Clean and well presented. Our bedroom had lots of natural light and we could see beautiful Kites flying in the back garden, also see Sheep and Lambs in the field. Situated in the countryside not far from Aberystwyth. Yummy breakfast.

Dark mornings and night’s didn’t really get a chance to appreciate the views

clean and tidy, large room and plenty of caffeine

had a power cut on second night, luckily power back on later in evening

Location was lovely, very peaceful, with beautiful views. Cleanliness was of a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was to much trouble, add to that the amazing breakfasts and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect in every way. Felt like home.

Everything was perfect. The owner was so kind and welcoming, the place was spotless and so comfortable. Could have easily stayed for a month. The attention to detail was on point. I’m very fussy when it comes to food and only eat specific things. I was made everything to my specific standards and after only asking for bacon and toast I was given loads to compensate for the small meal without even asking. It was a true delight. The location was amazing and so convenient. Will be staying again! Definitely making it an annual thing.

I couldn’t tell you a single thing that was wrong with it. Everything was perfect and everything we asked for was delivered. Only issue was that one of our party wanted a bath and one wasn’t available despite what was told to us on the website but that’s just how it is and even so it’s only a small thing.

Very comfortable room. Friendly, helpful and attentive host. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location. No restaurants nearby but within easy reach by car of Aberystwyth.

There was a local shop but would have liked a place to eat within walking distance of the property.

I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back again. Just lovely.

Shan was born to host. So friendly, not over the top or intrusive. Very natural and caring. Place smelt so clean, was so impressed. Couldn’t fault a thing. A real family feel about the place and real attention to detail. A delicious breakfast too.
