Rooms are spacious,even in the hall bed and sofa available. 6 persons can stay.. parking is ok

Washing machine not available. Cockroaches issue. 2nd bed room steel cupboard not in good condition ,unable to close freely. Kitchen trolleys poor maintenance . Overall need more attention required on maintenance.

Property is misrepresented and has a lot of insects and cockroaches

I didn’t like anything except location but this might be suitable for travelers who are travelling in big groups, want to keep the budget low, okay to compromise with condition not being as shown on listing and okay with a lot of insects and cockroaches.

The property is misrepresented in the listing and in reality, it has a lot of insects and cockroaches, old style house + kitchen and not modular as shown in listing, don’t have items like washing machine etc. The owner tried to threaten and misbehave and was not accepting the facts when I complained. There was no cooperation and misbehaving after I complained which made me leave property sooner and I was prepared to call cops for my safety while checking out where staff was directed to not let us go.

Best for low budgeter.

The Homeland is located in the heart of the Goa near Calangute beach and have good access to all the essential amenities.

Swimming Pool is very dirty and behavior of the guard was very rude.

Location is nice and quite, we have hotels and shops around it.

Geyser didn't work in one bathroom, huge sound from AC, couldn't sleep, so switched it off. Attendant not attending calls from us.

Happy Stay at Goa Homeland

Rooms are good and well maintained. Pool is extra salt within the stay. Very helpfull staff and Ajay Ji always 1 call away for any support. Love the stays and already plan to come back in next year. Kitchen having all the required utensils. Location is walking distance to Bagga and Calangute beaches. Well done Goa Homeland 👍👍🥰🥰
