Convienient location but poor breakfast and rude host

The location

The host, she was rude. She tried to charge me a late check in fee and when I asked for a receipt she refused and ended up waiving it. Breakfast is not great. They give you cheap pastry

Exceptional

Very nice and friendly personal. The room was big with access to the balcony. The bathroom was new and clean. Very good location to the city center. Super breakfast served by host.

nice big room with all amenities needed. lovely breakfast made my Rosellina who was super friendly and even gave us some pastries to take on our last day when we had to leave early for the airport

Lovely central B&B

Great location near to all the sights, restaurants and bars and transport but quiet. Lovely clean room and bathrooms. The friendliest host even though we did not speak Italian and the breakfast is such a nice start to the day, we really enjoyed it. Recommend if you are staying in Palermo!

Perfect location

Fantastic location. Room was good and comfortable bed. Host doesn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian but we managed fine.

Superb

Rosellina was really helpful and attentive. She offered me some food before to sleep and in the morning she prepared a nice breakfast with some pastries,fruit and tea. The room was quite spacious ,clean and well equipped. Very comfy bed! I had a good experience staying at Casa Rosellina. I highly recommend to everyone.

Lovely place to stay, quiet, clean and central. Breakfast is good, and Ilenya, the lady at the reception is so helpful and full of good tips to share. She helped me a lot, giving me indications and advices and since I only had one afternoon to visit the city, she made me the great favour to keep my luggage while I was exploring the city. Bless her!😌

Great place to stay for your visit to Palermo

The host went out of her way to help us despite our terrible Italian. Great breakfast options. She even bought some gluten free treats for the celiac. Housekeeping and cleanliness were excellent. No street noise

Really central, just a few steps from (payed) parking (parcheggio ungheria) which is good to find with available parking space (august, high season). Near city centre and shops. Very quiet b&b, rooms are big, good airco, clean sheets, comfortable bed and great shower! Good breakfast and great coffee.
