Very disappointed with financial fraud commenced by the property owner.

I was charged $200 security bond, refundable upon checking out. I have NEVER been refunded the bond. Property owner didn't contact me to explain, neither they send me a damage report as per my request. I have approached them at least three time in a different way (phone call, email via booking.com) - no response. Their actions (rather absence of any actions) appear to be financial fraud, they are simply retaining my $200 with no evidence provided, no communication from their end, no response to my written communication. Very poor service and extremely disappointing. Customer, stay off this property! You may be treated the same way.

Our stay was lovely, great views, nice garden/walking path next to the golfcourse.

The apartment was lovely, with stunning views. Had everything we needed for a relaxing quick break down the coast.

One of the tea towels was quite dirty - I think it had been washed, but perhaps needed a really good soak. So we did have to use a bit of paper towel to clean and dry. some of the cutlery and a glass were in need of a wash. I like the idea that we have to do our own dishes, but it relies on the cleanliness and diligence of people who may not have the same idea of what "clean" is! I would also like to see a separate small bin for the kitchen, for recycling items - cardboard, plastics, paper etc. That should be pretty standard these days. We don't want everything going to landfill.

Extremely disappointed with access & no hot water Apartment comfortable with good heating & views

Were not aware at time of booking that the accommodation was on the 4th floor and only access was STAIRS!! Extremely difficult carrying luggage etc Also have never had to remove rubbish or wash dishes etc or a "cleaning charge " would be applied NO HOT WATER IN KITCHEN OR BATHROOMS - NOT ACCEPTABLE - WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Good value for money, 3 star apartment, decently renovated but showing signs of decay. Very well equipped but no coffee

poor access to the pool, showers (shower heads vs shower with a hose which is so much better), difficult access to apartment through stairs (had to go up and down 2-3 times with luggage so travel light folks)

Lovely stay with a great view.

Loved the view from the apartment. It has sea view, lake view, mountain view...... kitchen was fully equipped and was very clean. Easy entrance with a key code.

The property has requested us to empty all the bins and put them at garbage collection point. And mentioned that if not they will charge separately for that on our account. This was the first time ever I had to do this in a paid/serviced accommodation. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Roomy, comfortable beds and large fridge Great views and wonderful pool area. The Spa was awesome

The knives were blunt. The air conditioning was ineffective. One of the bedside lamps in Room 2 was faulty, so was the tall white lamp by the sliding door and in fact, it fell apart while we were out one day. The pans in the cupboards were dirty.

It has changed from the last time I stayed. It has had been updated and is very nice and comfortable. I would stay there anytime and would highly recommend it

The 3 flights of stairs when you are carrying things up there. A lift would be a great idea Only a minor issue

Apartment location is beautiful, coz its in the corner, facing golfcourse and marina sea side. We had the perfect view 360 degrees. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Spotless! Its clean and organised, I do love the simple furniture. We enjoyed the swimming pool too. The owner has prompt response which was very reassuring. This is the perfect place to relax and they’ve got everything you could asked for an apartment. Oh thank you for the bonus monopoly, we had fun playing :)

Pleasant stay with ample room for our family of 5!

Great Views, clean, neat, came with everything you could possibly need and more! Great to see all the wildlife. Very well maintained grounds. Loved the pool and spa area. We will definitely book again!!

Unfortunately the air-con wasn’t working and with 3 hot days in a row it was quite warm In the apartment. Luckily we spent so much of our time at the pool!!

Only issue is couldn't get the shower working in the ensuite as kept on running the bath and couldn't switch it back to the shower
