This hotel needs shutting down.

Has parking

The room was absolutely filthy spiders and cobwebs everywhere and it had a fusty smell. This room had not been cleaned properly for many months.

Was ok, would return as beds was comfortable and the young lad was funny who works there,.

The young lad was nice and friendly who worked there, bed was very comfortable, was ok for sleeping in. They are doing work on the place,

Boiler was not on so had to wait for hot water, then today monday for check out no hot water again so couldn't shower, , room was ok but if ya fussy and check everything then there's cobwebs all over and mould in bathroom, but we dint mind as our bed was clean. The garden could do with weeds doing and would be ok out there.

Disappointed!!

Limited drinks,could not call it a bar. Website said continental breakfast included. To be told on arrival there wasn’t due to building work being carried out. Television signal bad. Shower had dirty grouting shabby shower tray water was Luke warm. Curtains were not black out so light coming through. No discount offered despite not getting what website said. Would only use again if a last Resort.

No proper bar Nowhere to even get a cold drink eg vending machine Rooms in need of tlc Sink had not been cleaned behind taps had what looked like dried blood On check out the door we were advised to use on arrival was locked so had no way of exiting the building had to do a complete circle of the lower floor to find our way back to reception ( thank god there wasn’t a fire. ) felt like I was intruding on other neighbours privacy Overlooking there rear gardens.

Very low budget

Bed was comfy. Was quiet during the night. The person that checked us in was welcoming.

Looks a little bit run down and outdated. First impressions when arriving weren't great. Mould in the shower and bathroom cobwebs in corners of the room. Doors needed a wipe, as did the table and kettle (old coffee splattering on the kettle) Or room looked out to some overgrown bushes with old fence panelling and the side of a shed. Careful when booking here as a really low budget hotel/room. Would not recommend.

Drove home, didn’t stay, shocking

Hotel looked run down….parked the car, as arranged… went back later to book in…. Took one look at the room…. Nope… not staying here, so drove back home ( 60 miles). Be ok for ‘ contractors’ for work purpose, but nothing else…. Will be double checking when using booking. Com. Should be removed or rated as poor

Disgusting hotel!

I have complained and not had no refund still! Absolutely disgusting hotel! I couldn’t breath as I struggle with ashtma and it was so damp. Freezing cold and dirty! Rude staff who did not help. Still awaiting a refund as the hotel have refused! We had to leave after around 10 minutes and pay for another stay elsewhere! Disgusting!

Room was disgusting, very dirty obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Food stains in sink, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed!

Only go if your there to get steaming

Shop not to far.

Had to go tesco to by cleaning products as toilet seat had poo all over it and skid marks sink filthy and shower tray dirty. And when shower the drain was blocked. Room dated tv from 80, said free WiFi code wasn't anywhere. Lamp didn't work and people could look thru via window as they was smoking weed .Staff didn't care.

Would not stay here again

This was a hostel not a hotel. People live there. Smashed windows. Room was cold waited until we got home for the shower as the one in the room didn’t look appealing. Door to hotel left opened and unmanned so anyone off the street can come and go as they please which they did. Shouting in the early hours of the morning deciding who will bring what for their drug session. We didn’t feel safe and left early the next morning. We will never visit the property again.

We walked in and straight out was discutting poo and blood all over side of bed was filthy at to leave straight away wasn’t fit for a dog want my money back and heslth and daffy need to go and close it down return my money

It was close to skeggy market etc

Kettle which u had to hold down for it to boil . The beds was p*ss stained For a king size bed it was pratically 2 single pushed together the most uncomfortable bed u would ever see The rooms were dirty broken toilet seat in the bathroom Wifi poor connection Tv remote no back or batteries Hair dryer yellow like me grannys teeth if not worse DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE FOR A 3 STAR ITS BADDDDD U CAN EVEN SMELL THE DAMP IN THE ROOM

Never again

Nothing the room was in a poor state and nobody had cleaned. The sink still had mens bristles in it and the loo had tissue in it, well what can I say about the shower you couldn’t even see through the screen as nothing was cleaned. Thick layer of dust on tv and a pair of dirty socks left in the wardrobe.

The staff are good.

Wasn't very clean.also had a couple across the hall and they where fighting and shouting all night and into the next day..she was crying and getting locked out of the room by him.he was throwing stuff at her at one point I could clearly hear the abuse from him.so didn't really sleep because of all of the problems they were having.also very hot in the rooms and no fans.

The room was dirty.

The size and layout of the room was fine

The room was dirty. The bathroom had mould in shower and the shower screen was disgraceful. There was also brown stains on the wall next the toilet. Also the kettle was completely scaled up and needed a clean, hence I was unable to make a hot drink.

Needed a cheap and cheerful stay for 1 night and it did the job fine.

Larger than expected room with king bed. Quiet location. Tea and coffee facilities more generous than expected. Linen and towels better than average.

A bit tatty around the edges and TV didn't work. Was unlucky and had noisy lads in nearby rooms who partied until dawn!

it was dirty , the bed was two singles put together which was rock hard , we barely slept. dirt all around shower , toilet etc .

perfect value for money

This was booked for a large group over the bank holiday weekend. this was the first time anyone had styed here, we have already made plans to return again. Thank you.

It was close to the place where we needed to be. We came for a family gathering. So we booked 6 rooms.

It wasn't very clean. Our room smelt of smoke even though it says no smoking in the rooms. It was very clear someone was smoking in that room. First rooms had no heating working. The place needs a good clean and a lick of paint.
