Excelente pero con un detalle muy grave

El lugar es muy tranquilo, sus instalaciones de muy bien nivel, el personal que atiende muy amables y con trato muy personal, eso me agrado bastante.

Tuve una mala experiencia en mi recamara en especifico en la bañera al aire libre, por la mañana estabamos mi pareja y yo dentro de ella y un hombre del personal estaba según sus palabras revisando las instalaciones de la bañera se econtraba detras de una especia como de separacion que permitia ver al interior y nunca avisó, ni comento nada solo se quedaba viendo, cuando se le cuestiono de manera firme comento "ya me voy" y se fue corriendo; fue muy incomodo y una falla muy grande a la privacidad. Arruinó todo el viaje

Great getaway!

Amazing staff and obviously in a beautiful place in Mexico.

The food prices were a bit expensive. Also, would have loved a small coffee shop for more casual food options.

Buen sitio, solo que las habitaciones con vista al mar están tan lejanas del mar y llenas de vegetación que casi no se ve el mar. La habitación limpia y agradable, solo que lo que venden como vista al mar es muy limitado.

Will definitely be back! My only hope is that the food improves

Absolutely beautiful property, peaceful, decor was lovely ( especially the tile work )and every staff member we encountered was SO wonderful!! EXCELLENT staff! Especially the guys at the valet who drove us back and forth on the golf carts and the bartenders at the bar at the bottom of the stairs

The sheets and bed in general could have been a little more comfortable. The food at the restaurant next to the bar was just ok…

Disappointing Stay at W Hotel Punta de Mita

The employees were consistently friendly, accommodating, and provided excellent service. Despite the various disappointments I encountered during my visit, the staff members remained attentive and made genuine efforts to ensure a pleasant experience. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist were truly commendable and added a touch of warmth to an otherwise underwhelming stay. Their exceptional hospitality certainly deserves recognition and appreciation.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the W Hotel Punta de Mita, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the hotel boasts a beautiful location and luxurious amenities, several aspects of my stay left much to be desired. One of the major issues I encountered was the noise disturbance caused by the presence of birds throughout the night. Their incessant chirping and squawking made it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be constantly awakened by these noisy avian neighbors, which significantly impacted the overall quality of my stay. Furthermore, I found the dining options at the W Hotel Punta de Mita to be rather limited. There was not much variety in the available restaurants, which meant that guests had limited options for their meals. This lack of diversity left me feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied with the culinary experience during my stay. Another disappointing aspect of the hotel was the insufficient number of chairs by the pool. Despite arriving early in the morning, I discovered that all the poolside chairs were already occupied. It was incredibly frustrating to see that if you didn't claim your spot early in the morning, it was nearly impossible to find a chair in the afternoon. This lack of adequate seating significantly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy the pool area. Adding to the list of disappointments was the pricing of the hotel's restaurants. I was shocked to find that the prices were comparable to those in the United States, and in some cases, even higher. This inflated pricing seemed unjustified considering the location and the overall dining experience provided. It left me with a feeling of being overcharged and questioning the value for money. Overall, my stay at the W Hotel Punta de Mita was marred by several significant drawbacks.

excellent hotel. Fantastic services

service was excellent and personal. choice of restaurants and several evenings with key events provided a log of variety. having adults only pool also improved the experience

incessant and too loud background music, sometimes duelling. we did ask to get it turned and that worked. a shame when the backdrop is natural waves and beautiful bird life

Great place to relax! Staff makes you feel at home.

the hotel is comfortable and beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone there made us feel like we were home.

Breakfast does not have a very attractive menu and everyday they were playing Brazilian music. This is disappointing because I am Brazilian and I was in Mexico to enjoy another culture and would have loved to listen to more music from Mexico.

Amazing get away and beautiful tranquil setting.

We had dinner at Spice Market and it was amazing. The Lunch Menu at the Adult pool was a little limited. It was a slow weekend and that was great for us.

We did not think service at the main pool was on point. We had to go to the bar for our own drinks 2 days in a row. There was plenty of staff and nobody approached us to ask if we wanted food or drinks The Adult pool server was on point.

good hotel with a surf break on property

great rooms, good design. very good restaurant options for the size of hotel. good location with very friendly staff. surf break on property.

the pool was just over crowded; difficulty finding seating. too many music sources overlapping at the small property at dinner. we cannot handle 3 independent Sikhs playing at once. maybe coordinate the music a bit for a better experience.

Going to the Four Seasons

Your blankets and pillows are all pilled like a 2-star hotel. There is no rug making the room very sterile. My boyfriend is uncomfortable w/ the men staring at him on the wall. The food is fabulous! The staff is fabulous! The beach bungalows were wonderful. The beach is fantastic! You need to promote the coconuts as drinks, the popsicles. You need to replace all blankets with the blankets the Mexicans are selling on-the-beach. You don’t need all the decorative pillows — just toss them. The masseuse on the beach (not a part of the hotel) is a better masseuse than any 5 star hotel! She is amazing! You need to set her up with a very cool outdoor massage cabana — matching the one W has in the bungalow area. Replace all the blankets in the cabanas w/ the cotton blankets the peddlers are selling on the beach. I’m a bit surprised none of the wears the peddlers are selling on the beach are integrated into the hotel. It’s bothersome not having menus. People come to this hotel to disconnect from electronics so, it makes no sense to have a QR code. I spend $1K in hotel shops. You need real gorgeous Mexican jewelry. You have nothing real. It’s all cheap. Real Jewelry sells! Ole! 🌺🌺🌺
