Friendly relaxed feel, overall great facilities, and fabulous location

Lovely peaceful and quiet location with fabulous views of the mountain, Hora and the sea. Very spacious room, with wardrobe and shelving. Very quiet and efficient air con. Good wi fi. Large terrace with sun loungers, plus a screened shaded area with comfortable chairs and a table - great for breakfasts. The quiet beach was on the doorstep, with free sun loungers and umbrellas

Not enough cooking utensils and crockery, lack of a waste paper basket for the room and a dressing table! Bedside lights weren't quite bright enough for reading

Superb

We had a triple room with terrace that was just great, with the sea in front of us. It's well equipped, and there is also everything needed to prepare a breakfast and enjoy it on the terrace. Very friendly owner who called us when our ferry arrived in Serifos, quiet location .

As very often in Greece, the noise insulation between rooms isn't that great. But the annoyance mainly depends on your neighbors, some just don't care...

A very kind and generous hostess who wnet out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and more! Location was superb, likewise the view of a magnificient bay. Thank you Stella for a wonderful holiday. We'll be back.

Great stay at the sea

Stella was a gracious host and so kind. She offered to both pick me up from the ferry port and drop me off even though it’s less than a 15minute walk. The room was large and bright and the patio had both private and shared space which was great to have. The ocean view and sea just out front was perfect. There are lounge chairs just for guests on the beach which I assume during busy season is amazing. It was a short walk back into town to the restaurants, and the road was all flat.

The WiFi was a bit spotty and slow but for basic use was fine.

Great view and quiet location

The view is amazing and because it’s outside of the main town it’s a quiet location. Stella the host was very sweet and helpful.

Perfect retreat, quiet and clean

The rooms were big and new. The beach in front is dreamy. The garden is idyllic. Stella had the kindness to let us have a late check out as our boat was later in the afternoon and we enjoyed our last day without stress. Definitely coming back very soon. Hopefully in a month and for longer!

Almost everything is perfect. If you are planning to work prepare to hot-spot your phone as Internet is incredibly slow. It would be great if there was a device for mosquitoes in each room, a shower mount on the bathroom and some more coffee sachets, so there is no need to look for the housekeeper.

Exceptional

Location is perfect with total view of the Livadi harbour. Room cozy and spacious . Cleanliness was extraordinary. Bed sheets, towels were clean and smell like also. Covid measures were followed completely. And last but not least, personnel were kind with a sincere genuine smile .

Superb

The location was brilliant The beach was right out the front of the property .Charming ,very clean and friendly staff . Just a walk away from shops cafes supermarkets and even a pharmacy . The Port was only a few minutes away Stella came to pick us up .

Nothing really . I guess the shower recess was a little small and the WiFi a bit slow !
