Wir verbrachten 2 super Urlaubswochen in einer sehr schönen gepflegten Anlage und kommen wieder.

Sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal. Infomaterial stand in der Rezeption zur Verfügung und es wurden hilfreiche Info`s zur Erkundung und Aktivitäten der Umgebung gegeben. Die Sauberkeit und Pflege der Anlage ist erwähnenswert. Ausflüge mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern und Kanus wurden rege genutzt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Wonderful stay in a family friendly complex surrounded by wildlife with friendly staff who are always on hand to help.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. We are a queer family and felt safe and welcome. Brilliant pools Quiet and low impact surroundings Access to the lake via canoes supplied free of charge Excellent design of the complex, lots of outdoor space Wildlife. We saw so many bird species and even water terrapins

Super clean, lovely grounds, lovely to have the bikes and kayaks and pedalos available to us anytime we needed them.

No mid week clean / bed change. 30+ degree temps.

Locations, helpful staff, nature, family place

Amazing location on the lake, comfortable Appartment/bungalows. Kajak, water bike, bycicle all there. The staff ( family ) is amazing, helpful, kind, family minded, what you want more.

We spent 4 wonderful days exploring Iseo lake, we will come again and recommend it for family stay.

Magnifique birdsong in the morning and during the day :) Please consider that you need to have car to come here and to explore surroundings, which are just stunning. Very comfortable recently build rooms/homes, well and modern equipped, placed in 4 lines (we staid in Lavender line). Green, clean and very well managed territory, placed right on lake side, nature is protected and underlined in whole property. Personnel is very kind, discrete and friendly, provided all necessary info, even welcome drink :) and a list of locations where we could enjoy local food as well as location of closest grocery stores (Lidle, Conad) where you can find whatever is necessary. Many facilities which make our stay very pleasant and safe, kids anyway should be observed all the time due to lake proximity. Here you can find many places to spent time in different way - proximity to lake with wild fish, barbecue areas, wild birds which come close in the morning and during the day, well organized pools for kind and for adults, small boats, boats with pedals, bikes, which can be used free of charge during the stay, green play-ground.

Nothing, everything was just perfect and matched with our expectation. If possible choose rooms closer to lake since whole property is situated along quite busy road and sometimes you can hear it, although sound protection fence is present. Mosquitos (be ready and consider protection measures)

The place is amazing, the apartments are sufficiently spacious, with a nice bathroom and functional kitchen. The swimming pool was excellent, and having access to kayaks to go to the lake was amazing. We also used the barbecue area and table tennis. All in all, amazing experience.

There were unbelievable numbers of mosquitos in the area. Be prepared.

Very relaxing place and a good starting point for our trips around

The place is very relaxing and has a lot of things to do, especially with kids. We didn't manage to try everything because of the rainy weather. The staff is amazing. Everyone was very attending. We will be back for sure.

It was quite cold in the apartment. The kid woke up because he was feeling cold. But the hosts took care and increased the heating.

Good afternoon. we visited your apartments. everything was fine, but the question remained ... When I carefully looked at the final bill and paid it, I realized that I was charged for cleaning the room. In fact, no one cleaned the room. Did I have to pay for cleaning the room if this service was not available.

Highly recomended!!

Everything was perfect. Near to the lake and several places with fantastic views nearby. The owners and the staff were very cordiais. We stay in a studio with all we need for good vacations Highly recomended.

A perfect place for a relaxing weekend/holiday by the lake for couples/small families

This place has exceeded our expectations! The hotel is very close to all the places we wanted to visit on our journey: Sarnico/Paratico, Iseo, vinyards ecc. The staff is friendly and you can really see that they are trying their best to provide guests with the best experience. The place is very well kept and modern. We stayed just for three nights so we haven't used all the services, but we really appreciated that the bicycle rent was included in the price. I was worried that the proximity to the road would create some noise, but after all it was charmingly quiet. We haven't used the breakfast services and instead cooked at the apartment: the kitchen has all necessary utensils to arrange a good brunch, lunch or a light dinner and enjoy it at the table outside (thanks for the French press :), it's not easy to find it in other accomodations in Italy). Our apartment had a living room and a separate bedroom and with this setting there was plenty of storage space for us two. Overall, we were very happy with our choice of accomodation and if we plan to visit Iseo anytime soon, this hotel will be our n.1 preference!

The knives were quite dull: we used our camping knife instead to cut fruits. It wasn't clear from the description that the iron and iron board were available at a separate facility on the territory and not in each apartment (I haven't asked in advance, though I'm sure the hotel would clear this out if I did). The were only about 3 hangers for 2 two people in the wardrobe. And lastly, the apartments have only two bins: one for biodegradable trash and the other for the rest which means that you have to sort out plastic, glass and paper later when you empty the bins. I cannot blame the hotel for that though: it is difficult to organise it differently because separation of trash requires a lot of space.
