Excelent location, clean, new, awesome room!

Everything!! The room was clean, new, beautiful, excellent view and location! Vladimir received us the day we arrived and offered us help for everything.

Exceptional

The properties location was fabulous. The room was very neat and clean. A hot pot was provided for coffee. There are four small flights of steps to the room but that wasn’t a problem for us. Vladimer met us at the entrance and helped us with our bags.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location was 10 out of 10!!

Breakfast was unavailable at the property, but not a problem as location was excellent. The Manager at the hotel was excellent, and very helpful.

Cannot think of anything that we didn’t like, except perhaps the several flights of stairs to reach the room. But unavoidable in such a property.

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others visiting Split

Amazing location, super nice, clean and comfortable. Host was very accommodating!!

There are a lot of steps, so a little difficult carrying heavy duffel bags up the stairs but we made it work!

Wonderful location and host

Great location- Excellent host, very helpful

Nothing to dislike. Just need to make sure understand cannot park at property as it is on a pedestrian only way and no lift/elevator but host carried luggage up for us

Stylish room in a convenient location

Room was very stylish and modern at a very good price. The shower was in particular very nice, I felt like I was showering in the rain. Location was very convenient and close to the Split riviera.

highly recommended!

Very stylish, beautiful interior, super-king size bed is very comfortable and brilliant if you have little ones. Location is fantastic, shops, restaurants, close to absolutely everything. The host is fantastic and so helpful, give us recommendations and answer our questions. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would love to recommend to everyone but if you have knee pain and have trouble to climb stairs, unfortunately you may have to consider carefully as there is no lift which is understandable given the protected building.

Superb

The room was gorgeous and in a great location. It was nice to have Netflix on the last day of my travels. The shower was very good, bed was big. Host was friendly. Tea/coffee in the room.

Bathroom not suited for more than two adults as it is positioned behind the main bed. However, it is the best shower I have used in Croatia.

new and very central and convinient

brand new, nicely decorated with high end touches. amazing shower and toilet. super central and great location. lovely host that was very quick to respond. host carried our luggage up the stairs

not that we didn’t like but these are good to know: - 4 flights of stairs (the host carried all of our luggage) - the duvet cover is in the smaller European side. Ie. it only covers the surface of the bed and isn’t big enough to fold over the bed meaning that unless you’re cuddling it’s too short for two people by our North American standards. -the mattress is very soft foam - there’s no lobby like most hotels in split

Beautiful room and nice owner.

Superb room at the top of an old converted building. Very friendly owner who helped us with our luggage. It’s well placed and central, though that has a potential downside. Even so, we would stay again.

There was some noise during the night from a gang of drunken men chanting in nearby streets. I’m not sure if our window was slightly open as the owner said there should be no noise if it was closed.
