Will not come back

1. Strategic place 2. The food from breakfast buffet and the room service were both really good

1. The staff were not friendly, I arrived and stopped in front of the lobby to get my belongings out from the car. The staff angrily asked us to hurry and move the car 2. The room was LEAKING, in the evening it was raining pretty hard and the room was leaking. I complained immediately and got a new room. 3. The AC was LEAKING, after I got a new room turns out the AC was leaking too. Ended up with the carpet in the room to be completely wet. 4. The safe box was not working, since I brought some laptops and iPads I was hoping to use the safe box to leave my electronics safely. It wasn’t working, couldn’t even got the safe box open even after I called some staff to help me.

It was terribly hard to find a parking lot. Alas it was torrential rain at that time. You had to search an empty space along the Jalan Jawa to park your car. No one staff was available to assist.

The location is far from the crowd. Quick action to change the broken kettle in my room. All people (security, front desk and house keeper) are super.

So many stain marks on the floor of bathroom. Looks dirty! No hairdryer. No paper or pencil/pen in the room.

Customer care pretty nice, and all the staff doing their job perfectly

The Facilities not fully in good conditions, the bed sheets are stained at the first arrival.

The shower is not really clean. The drain was closed and the water didn't run out in the shower and in the sink. No curtain in the shower and the whole bathroom was wet, very negative

location was good, close walk to the city center

the toilet was dirty and the bathroom overall had weird elevations. the shower was opened (no door) so the water would splash to the sink and toilet area, the sink and toilet area has a lower elevation than the drain so water would just stay there and cause inundations

Not worthy of a 4 star hotel... just a 3 star hotel with a pool

Great location, in the heart of the ciity and popular spots. Pool available.

Cleanliness definitely needs very urgently to step up to acceptable level. Carpet smelled very bad and dirty. Shower facility needed replacement.

Very good

(+) spacious room. (+) comfortable bed & sofa. (+) well working refrigerator. (+) sufficient amount of clothes hanger in room. (+) fast response of the staff when handling queries from guests.

(-) bathroom door's knob is not working at room #209..so it can't be closed properly..let alone locked it. (-) water kettle not working. Luckily they have spare in hand, and replace our kettle with the new one. (-) limited parking space, but they have vallet ready. (-) they only have 2 elevators, with no separate freight elevators, so the waiting time might took forever. (-) need some further maintenance for the building. I notice some leaking point on the wall, especially in the basement area. (-) also need refreshment on the carpet & bed sheet.
