Accoglienza della proprietaria, eleganza della struttura e della camera; gusto nell’arredo e ricca colazione con dolci buonissimi, genuini e, per la maggior parte, preparati a mano direttamente dalla signora Emi che ci ha anche dato dei preziosi suggerimenti e chicche per la visita di Verona

Tutto, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Emi è una fantastica padrona di casa, pronta ad accogliere con entusiasmo e gentilezza i suoi ospiti, da subito ci siamo sentiti coccolati! Colazione a dir poco favolosa, con la possibilità di consumarla all'esterno. Camera ampia e accogliente arredata con cura e stile, pulizia impeccabile. La posizione è strategica, il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi o in pochi minuti d'auto. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente all'esterno della struttura.

Tout était parfait.

Tout était parfait : l’accueil chaleureux et amical, la chambre superbe, très confortable et très propre. La situation près du centre ville et des transports en commun et le parking facile. Et que dire du petit déjeuner fastueux ! Nous reviendrons avec joie et ferons profiter nos amis de cette belle adresse.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Emi und Ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen freundlich, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer und die Nacht waren ruhig und die Betten bequem, direkt vor dem Haus kann man den Wagen parken.

Schon bei Betreten des Hauses nimmt man einen speziellen Raumduft war, uns war das eine Spur zu viel. Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer war nicht gefliest.

not much positive in fact, will recognize a good selection for breakfast but very limited timing for it . Overall a very expensive experience for a really so so stay

room was not smelling good, too many unecessary furnitures, the tenant is nice but rather old couple so you got the feeling to be disturbing them

Una magica notte

Impossibile poter spiegare in una recensione la bellezza di questo posto. Sembra di vivere in una dimensione parallela, fuori dalla realtà. Dalla bellezza da lasciar senza fiato della residenza, curata nei minimi particolari dall’ ingresso, fino alla camera accogliente,meravigliosa, la colazione che neanche a casa si può trovare da quanto era buona, tutto fatto in casa e un cappuccino che nemmeno i bar sanno fare. Per non parlare della parte più importante, la padrona. Una persona squisita, gentilissima, accogliente e soprattutto una persona da un animo puro. Ci siamo sentiti talmente a nostro agio da come ci ha accolto e trattati, come se fossimo di famiglia. Bravissima nel consigliare posti e spiegare Verona. Posizione ottima perché a piedi raggiungi benissimo il centro storico. Non vediamo l ora di tornarci, perché un posto così è impossibile poterlo descrivere e soprattutto dimenticare.

Non c è davvero niente di negativo in questo posto. Tutto perfetto.

Super nettes und liebevoll von den privaten Eigentümern ausgestattetes Haus.. Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt in bester Qualität. Hausgemachte Mehlspeisen (zB Pannetone, Tiramisu, etc). Schöner schattiger Garten mit Blick auf die Innenstadt. Kurzer Fußweg (800m) dorthin.

Camera spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Colazione molto abbondante, sia dolce che salato, torte e biscotti fatti in casa buonissimi. I proprietari molto gentili e affabili. Posizione perfetta, pace e tranquillità ad un quarto d’ora a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio gratis davanti alla struttura (in una strada chiusa).

Spacious, quiet and beautiful stay just outside the busy oldtown

The b&b is just a short stroll outside of the old city but is in safe&quiet neighborhood of Verona. On the way to the old town are some shops and restaurants😀. The rooms are super clean, spacious with cupboards and lovely decorated. We even enjoyed a private terrace connected to a lovely garden. The breakfast is just fabulous, homemade bread and jam, homemade omelette, Italian sausages and a great choice of cakes. The owners Robert and Emmy are super nice and giving wonderful suggestions what and how to see in Verona and around. We hope to stay soon again, thanks a lot for this lovely stop at your house Emmy!

Das Haus und seine Lage sind sehr schön, dazu gehört noch ein Garten, den man für das Frühstück nutzen kann. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Das Zimmer hat ein bequemes Bett, die Dusche ist groß und bequem. Vielen Dank an meine Gastgeberin für das frühzeitige Frühstück!

If you want a quiet and stylish place to stay within easy walking distance of town, this is it!

The hostess, Emi, was fantastic! She welcomed us and showed us around in the warmest way - truly Italian! It felt like coming home to Mama. She had cooked most of the breakfast dishes which were delicious. The hand-picked furniture, art work and decor are outstanding and reflect Emi's personality. The garden and breakfast areas are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space outside on a quiet road. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk into the middle of Verona. Slightly uphill on the way back but perfectly manageable in opera heels! Emi had some enthusiastic and personal suggestions about where to go and what to see in the city.
