Sehr schön, gerne wieder!

Gutes franz. Frühstück, + Rührei u. Speck; gesicherter Parkplatz; Nettes Ambiente; gute Betten. Bad u. Zimmer OK

Im Zimmer u. im Bad, wie fast überall, zu wenig Haken um etwas aufzuhängen.

Very good

We like stay this hotel. We stay only one night. But good parking and easy stay with dog in this hotel. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.Room was little bit small,but enough to us stay one night.

Clean and easy access from motorway

Before arriving, we encountered a minor problem concerning communication, and the responses to our emails regarding our dog's presence in the restaurant were impolite. They informed us that pets were not permitted in the restaurant and leaving our dog in the room was also not allowed. Instead, they suggested taking turns for breakfast or leaving our dog in the car, stating that the hotel is not a "Kennel" for dogs. We have experience with 5-star hotels through working in such, and we would never address customers in such a manner. We feel slightly let down as booking.com indicated that pets were allowed.

Just what we needed for a quick stop on a long drive home.

Handy location just off the motorway. We arrived much later than intended but were met by a helpful staff member who checked us in and assisted us with door and parking codes. The family room was large with big windows and everything was clean. The hotel feels new and nicely presented.

We initially went into the wrong car park. There was a sign but it was a little confusing. However it was very late and we were tired so maybe our mistake. The hot food at breakfast was not available. The bathroom is a little small.

close proximity to the motorway for onward journey

nothing around it apart from a very good Italian restaurant. The room was probably the smallest we’ve ever been in

Clean, comfortable, convenient for traveller making an overnight stop. 24 hour check-in. Secure parking.

Had to go to reception to get wifi as don’t have European phone. That could have been explained at reception when we got our login codes. I was ready for bed but had to go back to reception to collect wifi details.

Breafast should be extended until 10:30am especially during Christmas holidays !! Hotel looks nice on outside. rooms sho

morning staff. woman insisted breakfast is over at 9:30am when my teen daughter didn’t even wake up yet. paid for breakfast for my child that didn’t even eat because staff was rude and insisted it be over by 9:30am. ridiculous!!!!
