Had a little problem but manager/owner amazing person got onto it and sorted it in no time, very reassuring and fast

Location to the malecón and jumbo Supermarket

Could do with a little repairs here and there

Easy to find gem

The staff was very friendly

The tv didn’t and they asked guest for 🆔 more than one trash can would have been nice.

Love this couple

The couple that run it. Are so damn nice. Hostal is super clean. Really clean.loved talking to them. They helped me with a situtation

The room has no air. 2 fans. But no air. It was like a hot box

The beds were comfortable and that’s more important to us.

Breakfast was not included but the location was within walking distance to restaurants and big grocery store.

Would have been nice if the room would have had a window. A bit dirty in the corners along with the walls. They could have been wiped down.

The room were clean and the hotel has good location as it is super close to restaurants, mall and 10 min walk to the beach. In front of the hotel after 7pm you can find a taco stand. Next to the hotel is amazing Odisea restaurant which has good prices and amazing food.

Even though there are signs in multiple languages about the night time hours, I felt like no one cared. Drunk people in the middle of the night were making just whatever they wanted. Plus, the ladies in the reception dont know how to use terminal, in the meaning that I tried to pay twice for the hotel with different personel and then I had to take out cash from ATM to finalize it. Prepare your google translator to communicate there.

Disappointing

the bed is comfy and the room has a good size

very dirty, everything towels, floor, bathroom still with hairs from previous customers.

The location is convenient

The property was filthy. The bathrooms were dirty with hair in the floor. the refrigerator was smelly and dirty. It seems like no cleaning took place prior to our arrival.

Good value for money

Non-expensive, basic hotel, but very clean, so if you’re a budget traveler I can recommend it :) the man at the reception was very nice, helpful and spoke good English.

The window in the room was covered with the advertisement from the outside, so it was almost like no window.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Good location near beach and supermarket, restaurants etc.
