ياريت الاهتمام بنطافة المسبح و موية المسبح يكون بها سخانات

مكيف كويس مساحة الغرفه جيده السرير مريح تعاون الاستقبال جيد

الغرفه مسكرين الشبابيك بمسامير ما تقدر تفتحها المسبح وهذا كان اكبر مشكله عندي كان غير نظيف بالمره ومويته بارده جدا لا يوجد به سخانات مع العلم اني يمكن دخلت فنادق انظف بكثير وارخص منه لكن ما كان فيها مسبح واخترته عشان المسبح واتصدمت فيه يبغالهم يهتمون حيدا بالمسبح

الفندق يستاهل تقييم خمسة نجوم اشكر الاخت مشاعل التي قامت بتسجيل الدخول و التنسيق مع إدارة الفندق بترقية الغرفة التوأم الى جناح ولإبتسامتها الدائمة وبشاشة الوجه فجزاها الله خير الجزاء كما اشكر الاخت اسماء التي قدمت لنا التسهيلات والإجابة على الاستفسارات وتلببية الطلبات ولإبتسامتهاالدائمةوبشاشة الوجه كما اشكر الاخت هلا التي اكرمتنا بتمديد وقت المغادرة من الساعة 12ظهراً إلى 4 عصراً ولإبتسامتها الدائمة وبشاشة الوجه كما اشكر الأخ غلام حامل الحقائب لحسن خْلقه وسرعة استجابته للنداء

كل شيء جميل وارجوا من الله ان تكون إقامتي عند سفرياتي في فروع هذا الفندق الممتاز في داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وخارجها

A very confortable place and the more appropriate hotel in the city if you are a regular visitor

The hotel aesthetics and cleanliness is one of the best options in the city.

Its a bit expensive for a hotel that only offers, as a protein in the breakfast, eggs or meat sausages. Additionally, there is no restaurant or rooms service available. At least a limited offer should be available for the customers.

أسواء اقامة لي بسبب خطائكم لانكم لاتعرفون الفرق بين الافطار والسحور في رمضان وضعتوني في موقف سيء يا booking فا اطلب منكم

لم ارى شيء بسبب المشاكل مع ادارة الفندق

انهم قالوا القيمة التي دفعتها لاتشمل الافطار وانما تشمل السحور وقالوا انه خطاء booking وليس خطاءهم ونحن في رمضان نقل الافطار افطار ولاتوجد كلمة غيرها ولم يتجاوبوا معي واحد الموظفين مدير المبيعات رد علي باستفزاز وقال بكيفك ولوح بيده بمعنى اذهب وادار ظهره لي وهذه تعتبر اهانة في السعودية وقد يحدث بسببها شجار كبير لكني تمالكت نفسي اسلوب وقح والمستفز كذلك انهم ارسلوا لي الحل بعد ان خرجت نبدل السحور بفطور بتخفيض 22 بالمية علما انه بامكاني ان افطر الادارة على حسابي جميعهم والحمدلله ولا احب ان أهان

Nice hotel in front of the Sea/Corniche.

Room is spacious, breakfast is good, pool is open, gym too. You can grab a coffee and some fruit to go, Views from the room are good (although Yanbu is partially built only, with many empty plots). Bed is comfortable.

It is a bit far from some places but in front of the sea, so you can go for a walk by the corniche. There's no availability of taxis on the spot, but uber. Menu is ok but no super varied. Staying a few days can be repetitive.

Ok but needs improvements

- close to corniche - the Indian man working at the front desk was very kind and helpful, he made the stay better.

- the fan in the bathroom is on constantly - the air quality in the room is very bad- very moist and musty and you can’t open the window at all for fresh air. we found it very uncomfortable and they couldn’t give us a solution. - the bed was uncomfortable - our key cards didn’t work for 2/3 days so we had to get the front desk to come and open each time.. very inconvenient Considering this hotel is part of a huge hotel company, they can definitely do much better.
