Einfach nur enttäuschend!!

Für Geschäftsreisende Frühstückt erst ab 7:00h???

Das Personal war in jeder Hinsicht überfordert. Nicht aufmerksam und nur standart. Das Restaurant hatte geschlossen und es war nur ein kleiner Raum als Ausweich-Option zur Verfügung. Voll ohne Ende auch mit Kindern. Ich habe nichts gegen Kinder, habe selber welche aber in der Lokation?? Auf keinen Fall wieder!

I would advise the hotel to add more aids and appliances for drying pool clothes and towels etc.. especially for a big family, there was little place to dry things.

GREAT breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and nice overall interiors of the hotel.

While rooms are refurbished they are not really practical. Cramped and with no air conditioning, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. This is apparently what most guests do as the hotel have installed mosquito nets to make you able to keep the door open. However be prepared to be disturbed by seagulls screaming outside throughout the night and early morning. Also the bathroom door made out of glass is a bad choice. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, turning on the light, means you light up the room for everyone. Bad architectural choice. The staff is not the most friendly. The fitness centre they claim is actually a public place they charge you for and the morning opening hours are a joke (opens 10 on the weekend and 08.30 on the week...). A resort with Wonnemars ambition should have a better setup and especially included in the price. I payed like 600 EUR for two nights - having a semi rude staff member asking you to pay 7 EUR to use the gym just adds a bad taste to the experience. Anyone in sales would understand. Free parking available nearby. I'd say the hotel is a good choice if you have a car. Not alot of stuff nearby so be prepared to drive to town centre in the evening.

Disappointing

Very nice small town, but the capacity of the restaurants is not enough for the number of tourists, so it is difficult to find a place to have some dinner.

Difficulty communicating in English everywhere. The breakfast corresponds to four stars hotel, but on the first day there is no possibility to get it before 10 a.m. All the pools are continuously full of children, none is intended for hotel guests, so it is practically impossible to swim. A lot of noise all day and all evening. On the room´s balcony last year´s leaves, cobwebs, old dirty uncomfortble beach chairs and three days full ashtray.

Hotel for families with aquapark.

This hotel is very good for families with children. Very clean rooms, daily cleaning. Excellent soundproofing of walls, friendly staff. Aquapark has a lot of funny stuff for all ages and tastes.

I would like to have a hot water kettle and tea in the room as the restaurant works just till 10 PM. Also, better organization of paid access to the spa area is welcomed. It is not convenient that the pool works from 10 AM.

Pleasant

No early check in, and no place to change for a wedding except a toilet next to the reception. If I wanted to use the pool, I would need to pay extra which seems like poor customer service. At least they could have offered me access to the pool as spa area for an hour to get changed.

Nice hotel for 3 of 4 seasons.

Good location, very good breakfast, nice rooms.

This hotel is not prepared for higher temperature in the summer. No air conditioning ok, but the automated ventilation system does not help at all. 27 degrees at night in the room is horrible and does not remain as good memory of that place.

Great Hotel but No Air Conditioning

The ladies at the reception (all) and at the bar were mostly kind and hospitable. The beds were the best in the hotel.

No air conditioning activated in the rooms, for the money paid it was unacceptable to endure sweaty stay in the room just because management decided not to spend in electricity for AC, it does not matter the comfort of paying guests.

Wonderful, clean, quiet place to stay!

We loved this hotel and we didn't even use the pools and saunas. We loved exploring Wismar and staying here was perfect! So clean, great breakfast.

Good cost/benefit ratio

nice spa area and the room is very comfy.

They charged me too much on things I didn’t use. So, if I didn’t have look the bill correctly I would have paid more than I actually consumed.

Breakfast and dinner was okay. Room was okay but took some time to change the bottle of drinkingwater.

Spa was closed they told me in the first place has to do with the Covid 19 but seems to be to do with a merger??? Couldn't pay direct with a credit card due to the merger.

Very nice waterpark which was nice and clean. Hotel in walking distance of habour. Overall nice and clean with friendly and reasonable professsionable staff (reastaurant staff is a bit junior though).

We had a familyroom which is basically a room where a bunk bed have been squeezed in a normal room allowing for 4 people to stay. But it is too small for kids 12 and 14 with two adults. The price is still at juniorsuite level though. So too poor value for money here. We stayed for 4 days and the room was not cleaned every day. We also had to contact the reception for toiletpaper. We ate the first night at the reastuarant. Don't do that - go down to the habour instead where there is pleanty of great reasturants.
