Un logement d'exception

L'originalité de ce Palazzo, sa situation , la grande terrasse et les salons communs. Le petit-déjeuner (en option 10€), varié, copieux et qualitatif servi dans une belle salle d'un autre Palazzo. Personnel charmant tant à la réception qu'au restaurant.

Dépose bagages impossible à proximité immédiate du Palazzo. Pas d'ascenseur (escaliers). Adresse erronée publiée sur Booking et informations trop tardives envoyées par la réception (40 mn de temps perdu à chercher le Palazzo). Heureusement que le réceptionniste est venu à notre rencontre.

Exceptional

Super art place with historical atmosphere. We had very old and beautiful piano in the huge and comfort room. The location was perfect, although where you stay is Scicli you are in the downtown.

Beautiful rooms and responsive hosts in the city center.

Lovely, spacious, and well decorated room in the village Center. Breakfast is served in a restaurant a couple of minutes walk away.

Unfortunately, the room we had turned out to be above a bar that played loud music... I wish this had been disclosed on the room description before booking. However, after an email exchange with the manager at about midnight, they responded promptly and gave us another room. I really appreciate how responsive they were.

it was a delight to see the rooms as they were beautiful but I wouldn’t go back as the noise was unbearable till 3.30am

I loved the rooms for their stunning decor and space. clean and beautiful and superbly furnished

we barely slept due to the incessant noise coming from the restaurants and bars below the rooms. the place had mugs but no coffee or milk for a hot drink.

fantastic stay in Scicli

beautiful, spectacular, in very good condition, everything new and of very good quality. The excellent bed and linens. the staff was incredibly friendly - great service

we had some issue with noise in the street during the night , but the staff gave us a discount and complementary breakfast that made up for the inconvenience.

Could be a better stay if the staffs be responsible and do their jobs

The room and furniture just as shown in photos. The piano is a bonus.

The check in place is in a cafe in the main square. And the actual place is not accessible by car. The hotel did not send me an email to inform me about this at all. The diving condition in Scicli is terrible. We drove around for near an hour and could not find the place. Had to call the hotel staff to get help. Sicily get dark at 4:30pm. We wasted the preciouse time to find the hotel. So there were churches and palaces we planed to go but we did not have the time. The outside staircases in court yard are very dark and it is unsafe to walk in evening. In the night, we found out there is no hot water! Called the staff. They came and fixed it the next morning. Then we had shower. Our schedule got pushed back half day. There is no shelf in the showers and we had to put our toiletries on the ground.

Lovely property … we very large appartament simply furnished , parking nearby And nice restaurants…

Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant… very disappointing.

Amazing jewel in a lovely town!

This is a private small palazzo and the room still has all the charms of a palace. High ceilings with frescoes, beautiful furniture and great location. Unbeatable. Vincenzo from albergo diffuso was charming and helpful and very knowledgeable.

Wonderful room, wonderful staff.

What a lovely place to use as a base for visiting South-East Sicily. The staff could not have been more helpful; Eva and Sara were wonderful, they made sure we knew where to go each day and were happy to book restaurants that were a little out of the ordinary. The room itself was more than spacious, it was enormous. And there was office space outside to work at and a wonderful terrace. I would highly recommend this place.
