La pasamos muy bien a pesar de la desorganización de las reservas, todos los cuartos son lindos y el espacio en común es

La atención del personal muy buena y el jardín muy lindo.

Tienen un poco de problemas con la organización y coordinación de la reservas. Estuvimos ahí y nos pusieron en cualquier habitación sin importar lo que habíamos reservado.

Der beste Service den ich in Tansania je erlebt habe. Das Personal was unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen, während unserer mehrtägigen Safari. Wir wurden auch nach Mitternacht vom Flughafen abgeholt (unser Flug hatte eine grausame Verspätung). Der Fahrer war trotz der späten Stunde so freundlich und hat uns sicher zur Unterkunft gefahren. Wir haben aufgrund des günstigen Preises nicht so viel erwartet und wurden positiv überrascht. Das Abendessen und auch das Frühstück waren soooo lecker und frisch zubereitet. Auch der Kundenkontakt über die Buchungsplattform war freundlich und schnell. Ach wenn nur alle Unterkünfte so einen Kundenservice haben könnten. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung- erinnert mehr an ein Backpacker als an ein Hotel. Aber wenn man keinen Luxus braucht ist man hier zu 100% richtig

Neema was very kind. The compound was small and very neat.

They confirmed my booking and when I got there with my children I was told that it's fully booked and we had to look elsewhere for accommodation after 4 hours of driving to the location

Peaceful stay at a beautiful property

Really nice, beautiful and quiet place. Staff and other guests were super friendly and helpful.

They were still renovating a bit, so when they are done the place will be super nice!

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff. Good and included breakfast and for 10$ a tasty dinner. The rooms (tents, outside) are really good. Nice outdoor area

the mattress could be softer and there could be more light in the bathroom.

Loved the light and spacious-ness of Villa Poa and very friendly staff, especially Lucy!

The room upstairs with private bathroom is lovely and bright and spacious. The bathroom is old and tired but does the job. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy. The whole house is light and bright with plenty of seating options. The garden has some great swinging beds and the top and bottom baclony have comfortable couches to lounge on.

Private and shared bathrooms were old and tired, and not that clean.

Great stay

The garden is incredibly lush. There are trees, grass and a couple of floating beds where you can nap or chill. There is also a fire pitch and staff usually lights up a fire at night. The town is easily reachable (15 minutes by dalla dalla, a cramped bus that costs 500 shilling per person). The staff was really welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was great! A bowl of fruit or fresh juice, then 2 eggs your way with 2 toasts and a pancake (that you could fill with peanut butter and jam), sometimes a slice of avocado. It gets you ready to start the day.

I think this place is exceptional.

Breakfast every day was delicious. Lucy and the rest of the staff are incredibly nice and friendly. The villa is very nice-looking, clean, with hot water and wifi. It was a really wonderful stay in Arusha.

I had a nice small bungalow, was perfect for me Very friendly and helpfull staff! The dinner was nice and for breakfast you got a huge amount of food which tasted good as well.

Just a bit cold in the bungalow, but the offered extra blankets, so that wasn't a big deal

The best place to feel home in another country

Lucy the host is a good local chef. Every meal breakfast and diner is delicious and it are big meals. Enough for the hole day during your trip in Arusha. If you wanna wash your clothes, lucy is there for you. The rooms are clean and very big. The vibe is chill and cozy. I was alone and on my first day lucy assist me with a ride to my day activity, because i had no idea how to transfer. It feels like you're home in another country

Great deal for little price

Beautiful and large room with a large Balcony (almost only for yourself). Amazing food options with breakfast and dinner cooked by Lucy. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

Everything was so great. There is a beautiful bungolo and also nice rooms The breakfast was amazing Lucy is there and she helps with everything!! We also did laundry and it was great

Very good hostel

Great hostel. The Staff are very nice. Losi help up a lot with the local people and the drivers! She is very nice. The WiFi is stable and the garden is beautiful. For breakfast you get an omelet with vegetables, tost and pancakes 🥞

This is a little far from the center, not really a problem its a 10 min drvie. We felt some electrical when we showered in the double room at the second floor

AMAZING

Absolutely Brilliant

Breakfast was great,staff very friendly,Lucy the wonderful lady who made us breakfast and answered our many questions is a star.thanks lucy. from Damian and Dirk.Room was huge with a balcony terrace.one of the best places we stayed during our 3weeks in Tanzania and price/quality wise definitely THE best

Superb

Lucy was very kind, she waited for us after our 3h delay at the airport. We had dinner 3 of the 5 nights, home-made tasted very good. We felt like home. Also the rooms are spacious. And there was a very nice relaxing garden with very friendly dogs. Their rooms came universal plug.

There's a disco nearby, if you stay a Saturday evening you might hear them. Bring some earplugs.

Very good

Excellent location, with top supermarkets, shopping mall, and cinema within 1km, along with one of the top clubs in Arusha.. 101 Lounge. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff quite helpful.

Breakfast could have been served earlier.
