Lovely Villa for a family stay

Lovely little villa, all amenities needed for the stay and great location with local shops nearby and marina with restaurants a short walk. Very helpful hosts who gave us all the information needed. We hope to be returning again for another stay ☺️

The villa is beautiful and overlooks the sea. Magnificent views. Excellent communication with Jamie. Any issues rectified immediately. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

There was nothing that we didn’t like but would recommend a guest information folder. Places to eat, taxi numbers. Just general information about the area.

Exceptional

The villa is very well equipped and super clean. Plenty of space to relax Nice BBQ area that we used few times. The overall area is quiet during the day making it a great place to stay but also 1 min walk to the nearest beach. The better beaches up to Papagayo beach can be accessed by foot. Playa Mujeres is worth the walk there.

definitely in need of some maintenance but would stay again if this was carried out. maybe offer a cleaning service and

villa is in a quiet location, 15/20 minute walk to the marina, which has bars restaurants shops and boat harbour. 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to a small centre with some bars and restaurants. supermarket and communal bins round the corner aswel as a small kids play park. rocky beach on the door step . villa itself is spacious , welcoming and central enough if you don’t mind a walk (taxis were a nightmare going to the marina etc but fine coming back) good pressure on showers. fresh towels & bedding provided as there isn’t a cleaning service and tea coffee etc were a nice touch

villa is definitely in need of some maintenance . pool was filthy on arrival but cleaned the next day and my request was answered quickly by management. stairs to pool were very unstable and steps continued to fall off. tv wouldn’t work but was fixed on the last day. no air conditioning but each room has a ceiling fan. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms were poor and wouldn’t get off of first gear so bedroom were like a sauna

Fab find, great location

Great location, walking distance to beach, grocery shops, harbour, and selection of restaurants and cafes. Property was nice and spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Kitchen and laundry area really came in handy. Beds comfortable and rooms were cool and quiet. Pool was a little cold for our son but ok for us once you braved the get in! couldn’t get the tv to work but was not needed. Would definitely stay here again. thanks.

Spacious, clean villa in an excellent location. would 100% recommend

very spacious, clean villa in an excellent location. we had an amazing family holiday here and would 100% return. The shop and park are a 5 minute walk and a beach and walk to the rubicon marina is facing the villa. My children loved the pool and we enjoyed the bbq. The beds were really comfortable and the little extras such as tea and coffee were greatly appreciated the first night when we hadn’t had time to get to the shop. Any questions I had we’re answered quickly by Ker. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A really lovely and clean villa. It looked exactly like the photos provided and great value for money. It really made our trip. Great location, in a quieter area but around 15 minute walk to the marina with lots of restaurants and then 30 minute walk to playa Blanca. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Exceptional

Perfect villa for a complete switch off relaxation week in the sun! Pool area is beautiful and gets the sun all day until late. We used the BBQ a few times and the kitchen is very well equipped, although lacking a chopping board?! Bedrooms are comfortable and great sizes with plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Bathroom nice and bright with good showers. Used the washing machine to freshen up our towels and other bits. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa which has everything you need. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions and are very helpful. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. Marina rubicon is about 10/15 minutes walk. We loved our stay here and will most definitely be back, thanks guys!

Spacious and comfortable villa in a peaceful and pretty location.

Lovely spacious villa with two floors so plenty of space both inside and out. very peaceful and easy walking distance to the supermarket and lovely scenic walk to the marina (15mins) and playa Blanca (30 min walk along the seafront) Good comfortable beds and excellent showers! kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels for the outside area/pool. Would def recommend!

not much! it was really good value for money! The little sofa by the pool was cracked so we couldn’t really use it (looked like it was a cheap one - but we informed the owner it was broken) And would have been good to have recycling bins more clearly labelled - or maybe we didn’t find them?

VILLA OASIS LANZAROTE

That it gave a degree of privacy where we did not have to get up at 6am to get a sun lounger, it was pretty close to the beach so you do get a sea view, it was extremely clean inside the correspondence between the owners and ourselves was great.

The pool needed a clean and the pool steps did not feel secure. We could not get the fans to work in the bedroom or the living room and the living room light did not seem to work either. We went back to our hotel each night because of the fans not working and lack of air-conditioning

Nice relaxing holiday with fine beaches and great accommodation.

Lovely villa, very spacious and well equipped. It is within walking/hiking distance of the Papagayo beaches and the location was ideal for us. Younger people who are interested in night life/clubbing might prefer a location closer to the center of town.

Lovely villa with small pool and everything you need on a quiet location

Lovely 'villa' with a pool and BBQ facilities. You can get there with public transportation (bus 161+30) or by car. 1st bedroom on the ground floor. 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the first floor, one had a connected bathroom with bath and one a seperate central bathroom with only shower. Plenty of room in all bed- and bathrooms. The 'backyard' is also decently sized with enough beds for sunbathing. The pool is very nice and is about 1.50-1.60m deep. Dino supermarket is about 7 min away by foot. Free parking all around. Boulevard with seaside view is a 2 min walk, great for running. The harbor with restaurants around it is a 15min walk. It's clean and quiet. Good bed, good shower, good wifi. Everything you need is there: toaster, oven, microwave, etc. Nice porch in the back so you can sit in the shadow. Good communication with the hosts via whatsapp. Lovely place. We arrived in the morning and we were allowed to go straight to the villa from the airport instead of waiting till 16:00 hours. On our last day we were allowed to stay until 12:00 hours instead of 10:00 hours. Our flight was in the evening.

There is a hotel across the street and they play some music from 21:00-23:00 hours but it is not too loud. We couldn't get the washing machine or the dishwasher to work but then again: we didn't try too hard. It wasn't a big deal as we were only there for a week.

Great house, very quiet location!

The property was very nice overall, perhaps too big for the two of us :) the pool and the outside area is just gorgeous. The villa is also very close to a nice walk on the water side. The internet was also good to hold two people working the whole day.

The cleaning was not perfect. It could have been the low season, but could be improved.

Great place to stay in Lanzarote.

Everything! This is perfect place for your holiday. Very well equipped and maintained villa. Super comfortable beds, lovely sitting room and swimming pool area with dinning table and lots of sunbeds. Great contact with lovely owner :)

There should be more "basic" stuff in a villa (sugar, pepper, salt or some cleaning products) but probably they were removed by host because of Covid situation so we didn't complain ;)
