A very relaxing stay in the most perfect setting.

Beautiful villa, fantastic location - beach, supermarket and restaurants all within a short walk, incredible views, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, fast and reliable wi-fi, large terrace, 3 balconies, large shared swimming pool, and most importantly Stavros, our wonderful host who couldn't do enough to make sure we had everything we needed and his sweet father who tended the beautiful gardens around the villas. Thanks to Stavros, his family and their incredible villa and hospitality, we had the best holiday in Stoupa ever. We will definitely be coming back to Mythos Villas hopefully very soon!

Beautiful villas near Kalogria beach

Mythos Villas is a beautiful accommodation. We stayed in the small villa, it was clean, spacious and very well equipped, everything you could wish for. Stavros is a very pleasant host, he can tell you all about the sightseeings in the neighborhood, good restaurants, nice coffee-places and makes you feel at home right away. It was very nice to receive a welcome-box with all sort of local products. The villas are close to Kalogria, a private path through the olive tree fields will lead you within a 5 minutes walk to Kalogria beach with several beach bars and restaurants (Almyriki Tavern is recommended). Stoupa is also within walking distance of about 20 minutes. 2 supermarkets are close to the villas. If you enjoy walking along the coast, I recommend the hiking trail between Stoupa and Agios Nikolaos (3,5 km app.). Please note: google maps will not guide you to Mythos Villas, therefore Stavros will contact you a couple of hours before the expected arrival time to give you the right directions to the villas. Futhermore, the location accommodates 3 villas with a joint swimming pool. If it is fully booked, you will be sharing the pool and garden with other guests.

Perfect villa in fantastic location

Fantastic villa and beautiful shared pool. Quite, well-equipped, easy to find. Incredible location - walkable to two beautiful sandy beaches, bars, restaurants etc. Couple of minutes walk to a good supermarket. West-facing so incredible sunsets. I'm hard to please and this was close to perfect.

I'd be being so incredibly picky to find something here that I'm not going to bother. It wouldn't be fair.

the perfect property in the perfect location!

everything! the location is beautiful, surrounded by olive fields and less than a 5 minute walk to Kalogria beach, which has perfect clear shallow waters for children and a selection of lovely tavernas. Stoupa town is a 20 minute walk with our children (6 and 2 years old old) Stoupa is beautiful very unspoilt by tourism and has a lovely charming feel. The villa’s are fantastically equipped, stylish with beautiful outdoor space. we loved the balcony off the master bedroom which gave us views of the most tremendous sunset every evening. The owner Stavros and his father Tasos are lovely people and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. i highly recommend Mythos Villa’s for any family looking for the perfect Greek get away.

Lovely villa in a small complex of 3, with pool. Sea view.

Absolutely lovely villa with terrific facilities; the owner had left a really nice welcome basket of local delicacies for our arrival. The villa was super clean and very comfortable and in a quiet location just outside Stoupa but a 5 minute walk along a private path to the beach. Really hard to find fault with the accommodation.

The villa is a little hard to find, especially as we arrived at night - you go down a pretty small track with a sign that can easily be missed from the road. Not a big deal. Otherwise a great place to stay.

superb, very well looked after, great location, beautiful villa, wonderful pool and the best view

Stavros and his parents gave us the warmest welcome, the villa is large, comfortable, well equipped and perfect for 4 adults. we loved the pool area with a wonderful view over the olive grove (with cows in!) to the sea. the garden is pretty - we had the best time! we cycled (complimentary bicycles) along the seafront path to Agios Nikolas and had breakfast there, which was a lovely early morning excursion. it was very peaceful and We could not recommend Mythos Villas more, superb 9 day stay ( there was building work next door but they did not disturb us at all, the quietest builders I have ever known!) Highly recommend but leave 2 weeks free for us to return each year!

A fantastic place to holiday :)

Beautiful quiet villa, one of just three properties on the development which share a decent sized, well kept pool and are surrounded by lovely floral grounds. Easy access via a private pathway to the closest beach- Kalogria and a 15 minute walk to the bay at Stoupa which has many bars and excellent restaurants. Stavros, our host, was very attentive and had lots of information on places to visit and the best local restaurants to try. Truly an amazing place to stay, you will not be disappointed, and we’ll definitely be back :)

What a great find! Everything about this place was just wonderful. The villa (we stayed in Villa Nostos) was very clean and comfortable (fantastic comfy bed!). The pool is huge so you can enjoy swimming lengths as well as relaxing. Plenty of sunbeds, parasols and space around the pool. The view is stunning, overlooking both the sea and the Taygetos Mountains with wonderful sunsets. The location couldn't be any better as you can walk to the beach via a lovely footpath (Alexis Zorbas path, takes just a few minutes, really very close) and we walked into Stoupa most evenings, again using the footpath, via Kalogria beach into Stoupa, where the most difficult decision is which restaurant to choose as there are so many, both modern and traditional, all serving great food. The host, Stavros, was very welcoming and had lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit. Fantastic welcome hamper was waiting for us on arrival with lots of delicious local treats and Stavros presented us with a a very sweet gift from his mother at the end of our stay. Free bikes for guests to use, unfortunately we ran out of time. 5 stars and 10/10!!!

Comfortable spacious villa with sea view, pool and great WiFi

My husband and I stayed at villa Nostos (the one bedroom villa) for one wonderful week. The villa is new, comfortable, spacious, sparkling clean and has all the amenities you could possibly think of. Stavros and his family were wonderful and super helpful. There is small very convenient path through the olive trees that takes you to the beach in 3 minutes. WiFi was very good so the villa is a great place to work from while enjoying the sea view and the pool. Thank you guys for everything!

Stavros is a perfect host. He made us feel most welcome, offered numerous local tips, and came to say good bye to us with a parting gift the night before our departure. The villas are private, large, and contain everything you need. It’s very comfortable and high spec. And the view is 5 stars.
